Chapter 7 - Leone

“Hey Kelpie!” I said. “What happened to you and Lydia?”

“Nothing, she’s just following me around…Abel,” he questioned.

“Adam,” I corrected.

“Okay,” he said.

“So, who are you?” I said turning to the girl.

“Ermine,” she said. “Servant of Lord Edgar.”

“Of course! The infamous Ermine,” I said. “I’m gonna go.”

“Wait, I need to tell you something,” Kelpie said.

“Tell me later,” I said walking away.

I walked around the garden and stop to rest at a bench.

“Arashi?” a voice questioned.

“Adam,” I corrected.

“I miss you,” the voice said.

I turned to the direction of the voice and gasped.

“Leone,” I whispered.

“It’s been a while, hasn’t it Arashi?” he said.

He walked over to me and sat on the bench.

“I guess,” I said.

“I see you’re still mad at me,” he said.

I got up and started to walk away. He grabbed my arm.

“Wait Arashi, listen to me, I’m sorry,” he said. “Will you forgive me?”

“Maybe,” I said trying to pull away.

He tightened his grip on my arm.

“Let me go,” I said calmly.

“Arashi, please,” he said.

“Don’t Leone,” I said.

“Paralysis,” he summoned.

I’m so stupid, I let my guard down. Why? I cried.

“Let me go, HELP ME!” I shouted.

“Arashi, you have to come with me even if it’s by force,” Leone said. “I need you.”

He carried me away bridal style. There was nothing I could do about it.
