Jungkook's POV

When V came back, I felt the abnormal urge to bombard him with questions, but I bit my lip and willed myself not to explode.

"Whatdidyoudotodayafterschool?" I said at dinner, finally giving in.

"Oh. I went to Ji-eun's house," he paused slightly after that, which made me stiffen. "then we went to the boba shop that we visited before. Remember the one where you ordered three and drank all of them?"

"Then came home and laid on the couch unable to move after that?" I recalled, wincing.

"Yup. That's the one." he said, chuckling.

I inwardly sighed, relieved that nothing too major had happened. But that fact that Taehyung visited her house before I did bothered me.

No. It doesn't bother me, and I don't care.

I blinked, coming out of my thoughts.

"Taehyung-ah." I called.

"What?" he called back.

"What's Ji-eun's phone number? And, where does she live?" I asked unconcernedly.

He gave me Ji-eun's number and address, and I added them to my contacts, feeling a twinge of satisfaction for whatever reason.

"Oh, yeah," he said, suddenly turning around.

I wiped my face clean of expression and faced him.

"Ji-eun told me not to call her too much, because that phone is only used for emergencies. So don't contact her too much." he said, scratching his head.

"Of course not. Why would I?" I said icily.

He gave me a strange look.

The weekend was the next day...

I had nothing to do. Absolutely nothing.

"What should I do...?" I murmured at the wall while sitting up in my bed. It did not reply.

Taehyung poked his head into my room. "Yah, did you finish all your homework for this week? I had a question on the essay."

"Not yet." I said, suddenly remembering the essay that was due the coming week.

"Aish, then go do it! Stop complaining about your life to your one and only friend!" he scolded, his lips twitching as he tried not to grin.

"My friend? Who?" I asked, raising an eyebrow at him.

He snorted and retracted his head from my room. I realized a few seconds too late what he was implying.

"Who cares about having more friends?" I said, throwing my pillow at the wall.

His statement did have some truth to it, to be honest. There was a reason I was the only member of BTS that hadn't dated anyone before. Jin always said that I was too hostile.

I felt bad, which surprised even myself.

IU's POV

"Cham cham cham!" I squealed, jerking my hand to the left.

Suzy immediately looked right.

I pouted. "Why are you so good? I've never even gotten you once! Can't you just lose once-

"Cham cham cham!" she cried suddenly, jerking her hand to the right. That's where I looked too, like a cat following a laser beam.

"Yahhh. I didn't know your reflexes were that bad." she teased.

"They're not!" I denied. "I'm just not a sporty person, and fine, sometimes, I can be a bit clumsy..." I trailed off at the look of triumph on her face.

"Arasseo. You win." I muttered.

Suddenly, the doorbell rang. Suzy and I exchanged puzzled glances. Lay was in cram school and doesn't usually come back until dinnertime. So who could it be?

Like the childish people we are, we both ducked to the windows on either side of the door that were draped with curtains, so that whoever was at the door couldn't see us.

"Yah, don't move the curtains too much!" I whisper-yelled.

"Says the clumsy one!" she whisper-yelled back.

The doorbell rang again, and we both jumped.

"Why are we hiding again?" I wondered aloud.

Suzy seemed to have come to the same conclusion, and made a face at me.

I looked through the peephole on the door, and saw a figure that was all-too-familiar.

I could feel myself turning a pasty shade of green. "I'll be upstairs!" I said hastily, my voice unnaturally high.

Suzy gave me a strange look. "Why? Who's out there?" she asked, perplexed.

"A pabo." I muttered unclearly.

"Who?"

"Nobody." I decided, then sprinted up the stairs, into my room, and shut the door firmly behind me. I dove into my bed, under the covers.

How the heck had he gotten my address? Oh. Right. Taehyung. Aigoo, that Taehyung. I'm gonna have a talk with him the next time I see him, I resolved. As for now...I could only hope that I look like a pillow.

I heard the door open downstairs, and could almost see Suzy's shock and delight.

"Is Ji-eun here?" Wow. He's loud. I can even hear him from up here.

Say no! Say no! SAY NO! Give him some excuse! I don't even care if it's super lame! I pleaded.

"N-Ne. She's here." I heard her say faintly.

Pabo. Biiiiig Pabo.

"May I come in?" Jungkook asked.

I could almost see Suzy tripping over herself to let him in. Aigooo.

Hearing them move around downstairs intensified my anxiety by one-thousand percent. I grabbed onto my sheets as tightly as I could and pressed my head into the mattress.

They said a few things to each other that I couldn't hear. Then, footsteps came closer and up the stairs.

Waaaae?
