I have never been in love, but I have loved
Many things.
Many people.
Many places.
I love seeing people smile
And the wrinkles that come out of hiding
When they do.
I love the smell of fresh roses
That someone
Has taken well enough care
For them to grow
I love the antique library
With every book
Smelling like a home I've never had
I have never been in love, but I have loved
