the dark hours of the night

do not come alone

they are joined by the

noise

of others

this noise

is all a blur

and they are passing

they come

and they go

she is more than noise

she is solid

here to stay

a presence louder than

howling wind

an ethereal being

her existence

demands for

all the other noise

to stop

they come and they go

she stays.
