Chapter 20: New Assignment

I continue to look at the note while I walk down the hallway. it says:

Meet me in the Auditorium at lunch. I've got something for you.

I open the Auditorium door and I enter. I walk in and I see Ryder standing on the stage. I smile a little.

"So, you're my secret admirer," I said. He smiles a little bit too.

"Yeah, I am," he said. I walk down to the stage.

"Why do you want me here?" I ask. I walk onto the stage and over to the piano where Ryder is standing.

"I want to sing a song with you," he said and he hands me the sheet music. I smile at him.

"You have good taste in music. Hit it," I said and the music starts to play.
