"I don't think that dress would suit me," I said as I look at a turquoise floor length dress. "I don't suit turquoise." Haylee walks over to me.
"Sure you do," she said and she grabs the dress.
"Just because you like the colour turquoise, doesn't mean I'll look good in it," I said with a smile and I look at other dresses on the rack.
"Excuse you. I don't like the colour turquoise, I LOVE IT," she said and we both laugh.
"Where's Michaela and Rose? They were suppose to be here already," I ask.
"Michaela said they were going to a different store and they want to surprise you with their fabulous dresses," she said and I smile. "So...Should I try this dress on?" She holds up the dress she was trying to get me wear. I nod.
"Yeah. You would look amazing in it," I said and she smiles. She then runs over to the changing room, while I continue to look for a good dress.
I sigh and I stand there waiting for her to get out of the changing room. Then, music starts to play in the shop and I tap my foot with the music. I can't handle it. I then start to sing.
Emily-Grace:
Because you know
I'm all about that bass
'Bout that bass, no treble
I'm all about that bass
'Bout that bass, no treble
I'm all about that bass
'Bout that bass, no treble
I'm all about that bass
'Bout that bass
Haylee walks out of the changing room and poses. She then starts to sing while we dance around the room, looking for a dress for me.
Haylee:
Yeah, it's pretty clear, I ain't no size two
But I can shake it, shake it
Like I'm supposed to do
'Cause I got that boom boom that all the boys chase
And all the right junk in all the right places
I see the magazine workin' that Photoshop
We know that shit ain't real
C'mon now, make it stop
If you got beauty beauty, just raise 'em up
'Cause every inch of you is perfect
From the bottom to the top
Emily-Grace:
Yeah, my mama she told me don't worry about your size
She says, "Boys like a little more booty to hold at night."
You know I won't be no stick figure silicone Barbie doll
So if that's what you're into then go ahead and move along
Haylee passes a red and black floor length dress. I then dance over to the changing room and I get changed in there.
Both:
Because you know I'm
All about that bass
'Bout that bass, no treble
I'm all about that bass
'Bout that bass, no treble
I'm all about that bass
'Bout that bass, no treble
I'm all about that bass
'Bout that bass
I open the door and I dance around in the beautiful dress.
Emily-Grace:
Hey!
I'm bringing booty back
Go ahead and tell them skinny bitches that
No I'm just playing. I know you think you're fat
But I'm here to tell ya
Every inch of you is perfect from the bottom to the top
Haylee:
Yeah my mama she told me don't worry about your size
She says, "Boys like a little more booty to hold at night."
You know I won't be no stick figure silicone Barbie doll
So if that's what you're into then go ahead and move along
Both:
Because you know I'm
All about that bass
'Bout that bass, no treble
I'm all about that bass
'Bout that bass, no treble
I'm all about that bass
'Bout that bass, no treble
I'm all about that bass
'Bout that bass
Because you know I'm
All about that bass
"That dress looks amazing on you," Haylee said and I smile at her.
"Thanks Hails," I said and I look in the mirror.
"Now, we need to find the perfect shoes," she said with excitement and I groan.
I'm way too tired for this.
