She left without saying anything at all...
How did we both ended up like this?
What happened to our beautiful friendship?
what happened to us?
Why is she avoiding me?
What had changed between us that made her like this?
There were so many questions left unanswered by her....Little did i knew that all the questions have only one simple answer!!!
I walked into house with my miserable thoughts and was greeted by Azaan's always smiling face
"Hey bro!!" He exclaimed
"Assalamualaikum Azaan" i greeted
"Walaikumsalam"he greeted back, smiling sheepishly
Loosening my tie, i sat on couch in living room and Azaan sat beside me
"So how are you doing?" He asked
"Great alhamdulilah...what about you?" I asked and at that time Ambiya walked in
"Never been better" he replied smirking at Ambiya to which he gained a glare from her
"Assalamualaikum Adeel" Ambiya greeted smilingly
"Walaikumsalam" i replied and passed a tired smile..
"Are you alright?" She asked, her eyes narrowed at me
'Am i that obvious?'
"Yeah" i nodded
folding her arms over her chest and tapping the floor with her right foot, she kept looking at me..
"Fine i am not.." i said taking an audible sigh
"Why? What happened?" Azaan and Ambiya, both asked in unison making Ambiya frown
"Great minds think alike!!!" Azaan remarked to which Ambiya rolled her eyes at him
"Did i missed something?" An amused smile was dancing on my lips
"No..nothing" they both blurted out in unison to which i bursted into giggles
"Not funny Adeel" Ambiya said but i kept laughing seeing her annoyed face
"Shut up Adeel" said Azaan
"I am sure you have annoyed her" I said to Azaan
"You know me so well" he said and then both of us started laughing
"I went to Zamaan's Maamu's today" Ambiya blurted and my laughter disappeared all of a sudden
I looked at her and she was having her trademark smirk on her face
"So what??" Azaan asked obviously clueless about what Ambiya meant..
"You really need to interfere in everything..don't you?" Ambiya asked to which he nodded
"But you don't know anything...So just shut your mouth"Ambiya said
"Why do you always have to fight with me?" Asked Azaan
"I already told you jerks have special effect on me" replied Ambiya
"You are so judgemental...It has just been a day and you are calling me jerk...You don't know anything about me" said Azaan
