Prologue

"Hey guys she's finally awake!"

I look around and see seven boys--who seemed to be my age--looking at me.

Holy shit where am I?

"Wh-where am I?"I ask.

I try to remember what happened before I came here but there were no trace of any memory at the back of my head.

I try to sit up and move but suddenly I feel shocks of pain all over my body and wince.

"Ooh, um, don't do that,"the blonde guy with blue eyes say.

"Where am I?"I ask again.

"Well, you're in our house. You were unconscious in the woods and we found you so yeah,"he answers.

"Oh,"I say.

"Where's your family by the way?"he asks.

"I,"I start but I don't remember any memory with them but just their faces. "I don't know."

"Oh I'm sorry,"he says.

"It's fine."

Then silence filled the whole room.

"Well,"the guy who seems to have a not-exactly-shaved hair said, breaking the silence. "You can stay with us and we can be your new family if you like."

He smiles sweetly which makes me smile back.

"I mean I have no where else to go,"I say. "So yea why not?"

I smile at them.

"You are officially the first girl member of our team. Yay!"he exclaimed. "Okay so I'm Ian, by the way."

"And I'm Mitchell but please just call me Mitch,"the blonde spiky-haired boy said. "And that's Jason over there."

Mitch points at the blond boy with blue eyes spoke to me the most earlier.

"And of course I won't forget my biggums, Jerome".

Mitch points at the boy with a funny nose.

He waved and smiled which looked really cute.

Like adorable cute.

"I'm Adam and that's Quentin,"the dark curly haired boy on the rolling chair said and points at the glasses dude who was standing beside him.

"And I'm Tyler but just call me Ty,"the boy with the emo hair look said while smiling.

"How 'bout you baby girl, what's your name?"Mitch asks.

My eyes kind of widened when he called me baby girl.

"Well, I'm Li--"

"Hey guys! I'm back!"a muffled voice from outside the door interrupts me from introducing myself.

A sound of a door shutting.

Footsteps sounding even closer with every step.

The sound of this room's door opening made me a bit nervous and I felt something heavy in my chest--making me hard to breath.

"Guys are you here--"a boy in a cloak said.

He kind of stopped when all of us were looking at him.

His face changed into somewhat a cocky-ish/flirty-ish/kind-ish when his gaze met mine.

"Hi, you new here?"he asks while walking towards me. "I'm Seto."

He took my hand and kissed it.

What the hell is with this guy?

"So, what's your name?"Ty asked, ignoring Seto.

I seemed to have given up on trying to remember my memories before today.

And I felt like I was safe around these guys.

And I realized.

These guys are my family now.

Fuck the one I forgot.

I trust them with my whole life.

"I'm Lily Winter Sparkstone,"I answered in a confident-like voice with a smile.

"Your name sounds like a fairy or something,"Quentin says.

"In a good way,"Jason quickly adds and he gives Quentin a glare.

I laugh.

"Group hug!"Jerome says.

They then walked up to me but I stopped them.

"Wait my body still hurts so just slowly and lightly,"I said.

They all nodded and did what I told them to do.

"Welcome to the team,"Adam said. "Lil."

I smile at my new nickname.

Lil.

"Thanks Ad,"I say.

"Hey guys lets all have a picture,"Jerome said.

He takes out his phone.

Click.

I felt Seto wrap an arm around my shoulder as he sat beside me on the bed.

This guy needs to--

"Oh yeah, I remembered that you left this at the woods earlier,"Jason said with a smile, handing me a book that seemed familiar.

"Thanks?" I say, confused.

"It looks cool. What's it about?" Ty asked.

"I don't know,"I said.

Seto looked a bit suspicious at my book but when I noticed him, he looked at me and smiled.

He has a nice smile.

This was the new chapter of my story.

My new life.

My new fairytale.

And for what I didn't know, would be the start of my fucked up life.

In a good way.
