Imogen Farien Avery, the stunningly beautiful Immortal Being and her only remaining family, the female werewolf, Hayley Marshall's search for their family led them to New Orleans, her and the Originals' home before they left 300 years ago.
The moment she stepped onto the soil of New Orleans she almost teared up, remembering the happy days she had in the place with Klaus, their son Marcellus, Elijah, and Rebekah. She was upset when she left New Orleans, it was her second home, Mystic Falls being the first.
While Hayley was asking around for their family, Imogen was walking around her second home, the heels of her boots were clicking on the concrete streets of New Orleans. The noirette couldn't believe she's back, that the search for her family led her to one of the most amazing places on earth. She was walking by some stalls selling different kinds of things, from souvenirs to street food when she suddenly something caught her eye, a necklace hanging on a rack in one of the stall. She gently took the necklace, smiling and stared at it. It was a golden necklace having a small crescent moon as its pendant, which was similar to her birthmark on her shoulder.
The noirette smiled as she subconsciously placed a hand around her neck, where her two necklaces were hanging.

Imogen Avery sat on a high stool beside Hayley at a largely deserted bar. Jane-Anne Deveraux smiled at the two girls as she leaned towards them to talk.
"Third time in here this week." Jane-Ann told the two.
"I'm obsessed with the gumbo, Jane-Anne." Hayley said.
"You know, ladies in the 9th ward say my sister, Sophie, bleeds a piece of her soul into every dish." Jane-Anne said and glanced across the room at her sister, who was working on the other side of the room.
"We asked around the Quarter about our family," Imogen trailed off.
Jane-Anne stared at Imogen, intently. "And?" she asked.
Imogen slightly frowned seeing Jane-Anne staring at her yet again. She and her sister, Sophie had been keeping an eye on her for some unknown reasons since the moment she and Hayley arrived in town.
"Nothing. Zero. We can't find a single person who remembers them." The noirette continued, frustrated.
"Because, Imogen, Hayley, people like you two were run out of here years ago." Jane-Anne said.
Imogen and Hayley furrowed their eyebrows and glanced at each other.
