Sometimes we meet someone,
and even though we've never liked dusky eyes before like our own, we wouldn't want them any other color.
Sometimes we meet someone,
and every flaw they have was beauty to our eyes and a tingling sensation to the heart.
Sometimes we meet someone,
and even if everything has changed, we'll still remember the first meeting, the first conversation, the first hug, the first date, the first kiss, and the painful heartbreak.
Sometimes we meet someone,
and even if we'd want their story to stay in our book until the final chapter, it would always end, multiple chapters before the final one.
Sometimes we meet someone,
and even if we'd want their footsteps to be right beside ours, we would always see it walking into a different direction.
Sometimes we meet someone,
and even if we thought they'd be there forever, just like what they promised - they won't.
Because sometimes love is meant to walk out that door.
Because even if love avoided all the obstacles just to get in,
love would still leave us,
broken into millions of pieces.
