- Treat You Better -
He is in love with you. Do you notice the way his eyes glow when you turn his way; it doesn't happen to anyone else but you. Do you notice the way his lips curl into a lopsided grin when you converse; he is afraid he might say something boring that will lose your interest to speak to him.
He is in love with you, and his eyes says it all. But you are too in love with someone else. Someone who feeds you insults and violent words with painful threats.
You run to the boy who loves you dearly, and cry on his shoulders as he whispers comforting words in your ears, with his heart silently sobbing by seeing you weep over a person who doesn't treat you right.
He tells you he'll treat you better, but you think of it as a joke and laugh it off softly hitting his shoulder. Then you finally calm down, and go back to the home of the person you love, and once again be destroyed by him.
