Hey friends! When's the last time I did a follow up!?
I apologize that this isn't an update. I was planning to finish my chapter yesterday, but my sister's cat threw up and the night took a turn. I completely forgot to finish it. Today I am writing like the WIND to get you a really awesome (and long) update this weekend!
Anyway, I thought I'd take some time to update you on how my life has been, and what I've been doing:

Looking For Coachella Tickets is something I got to write for Coachella back in May, which was such a cool opportunity! Elephant In The Room is a story between the two main characters of Everything, Everything, for the release of the film! I had to write that one in the middle of finals week, but it was so incredibly awesome to write for another film.
Another cool thing is that I'm done with my freshman year of college! It was quite an adjustment, especially since I added a double major in my second semester, but it was great. I promise you that I've gotten the hang of how to write and manage my classes, so sophomore year is going to have very frequent updates!

The Famoux not only hit 3M reads, but also made Wattpad's "All Time Favourites" list!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!?

Famoux was also chosen by Hulu as a "Top Dystopian" story. HOW COOL IS THAT??!?
I am so thankful for all of this. So so so so incredibly thankful. You have no idea. I will never for a second take for granted the opportunities you have made possible for me.
As for some more personal updates: I had a very eventful few weeks in New York earlier!

Look who I ran into! Brendon Urie!!!!
It was such a chance occurrence. We were on our way to this amazing cookie place, Schmackarys, and he happened to be walking out of the Al Hirschfeld Theater. It was so casual, I couldn't believe it.
I ended up seeing his debut on Broadway in Kinky Boots later on, which was AMAZING, by the way. Boy, can he sing.
Kalina and I really hustled on that trip, and got so many great deals on musical tickets. If you saw my posts on instagram (kassandra_tate) you know what I mean, haha.
Also, outside of Dear Evan Hansen I met the most wonderful reader named Kara. She is the nicest girl ever! Kara, if you read this, do send me the pictures your dad took. I want to post one! (Unless I look hideous in them, which is a total possibility, hahaha.)
I'm getting close to my birthday, July 20. I'll be turning TWENTY. It makes me think about how three years ago, the day I turned seventeen, I posted the preface of Famoux on here. Three years, and you have completely altered the course of my life, simply by reading my little story and telling me your thoughts about it. I cannot thank you enough for that.
I believe that's all on updates. I'm not sure though. If I missed anything, I'll tell you in my next update!
