**Jack's point of view**

I hold November in my arms. Frosty tears fall down my cheeks and fall on her face.

"I'm sorry Jack," North says as he touches my shoulder.

I shake my head and sob.

It's all my fault, I think.

I couldn't save her. She needed me but I was weak.

The lyrics from the song she loved so much plays in my head:
I remember tears streaming down your face when I said I'd never let you go.
When all those shadows almost killed your light.
And I remember you said, "don't leave me here alone,"
but all that's dead and gone and passed
Tonight.

The tears come down faster.

Suddenly I hear from Manny. He whispers in my head,
"Jack she will come back, but she will not be the same."

My head jerks up to Manny. North says "Jack, is Manny speaking?"

"Shh!" I say.
"Make her mother and family forget about her. She will forget about them as well. And finally, take care of her"

I turn and look at November's face.

She won't be the same, but she'll be here with me.
