It's super short, but enjoy! The scene is what it is.

**| Sang's POV |**

Bones shifted, muscles stretched, and joints cracked. I screamed out in pain. The scream eventually turned into a howl echoing all around. Anger burned through every vein in my body.

Revenge.

"—ng! Sang"

Fight!

"Shit...her down."

Defend!

"She...bit..."

Survive!

"Come back!"

Kill!

"Dammit."

Resist!

"We'll...down."

Struggle!

"No!"

Fight! Defend!

"...listen..."

Survive! Kill!

"Sang...listen...me!...safe..."

Darkness. All around.

Cage. Cage. Always a cage. Sick of the cage.

I blinked open my eyes, my head feeling heavy.

I felt him, his presence heavy against me. I moved my head just enough to see him.

Alpha-man stood just outside the cage.

Powerful. Beautiful. Wonderful.

He shifted closer and I growled, my body stiffening. He ignored my warning and I charged, ramming into the cage. I shook off the pain and growled.

Stupid cage in the way.

"Sang, I'm begging you. Please come back to me."

I turned my head towards the person speaking.

The accent. The voice. I knew him.

"That's right, Aggele, that's right."

I growled at the voice. Angry. So angry.

Why was I growling? Why at him? I knew him.

I shook my head, feeling so distant.

"That's my Aggele, focus on my voice, you can do it."

What's going on?

Alpha-man moves slightly. "You need to shift back."

I could see his sadness. Why was Alpha-man sad? The silvery eyes looked into me, trying to find me.

I'm right here. Right?

See me.

See me!

I howled and howled. No more. I didn't want it anymore.

She didn't want it anymore.

We didn't want it anymore. No more pain. No more cages. Tired. We were so tired.

The two males shared a look. Mine looked like he pleaded at Alpha-man.

"She needs to shift back. If I don't do this, we may lose her completely," Alpha-man said, his voice full of regret.
