We have just come out of theatre and I'm glad to say it was a successful op.
"Hello Holly, how are you feeling"
"Alright"
"Good, you will be here over night for some observations but you are in safe hands. Do you want me to phone anyone?"
"No! Um I mean no thank you, I'm fine"
"Ok, if you need anything call for Dr Ford because it's the end of my shift"
"Ok"

I met Ollie in the locker room and then we went back home. It was night time and the kids would be in bed by now.
"I love you Zosia"
"I love you too. Are you alright?"
"Never better, in the happiest I have been for a long time"
