Jimin's POV

I pulled my coat on, tugging and fixing my collar. The newest guards of Big Hit followed me, ushering me to the back exit. I insisted on walking, needing some fresh air for once in what felt like a lifetime. I felt suffocated by the constant isolation from the outside.

Before I got to leave the building, I was cornered by Jungkookie. He looked tired, more so than usual. He had bags under his eyes, his complexion was pale but not noticeable enough so to make anyone worry, and his hair remained unkempt.

"Where are you going?"

"I'm taking a walk."

"Who are they?"

"We can speak for ourselves you know," Adrian muttered.

"They're Revy's old recruits, our current body guards. Adrian, Tony, and Marianna." Jungkook shook their hands, shaking his head as if he had forgotten something he really needed to remember.

"I can't let you leave just yet, you have to stay for breakfast!"

"I'll just eat a small snack later."

"What about what happened yesterday? You must still feel-"

"Kookie, I'm fine," I said while pulling on the collar of my coat, "They are going with me in case something does happen." It isn't freezing outside, but what happened yesterday did take a toll on me, I was still sensitive to cold, and despite it being summer, the sun hid behind clouds and a wind chill today.

"You don't want to risk it either way, what if you get sick and there isn't a hospital near by?" Jungkook has never been this protective over me, although I do appreciate it, right now is not the time.

"Sir, we have a schedule to keep up with, I suggest you move aside," Marianna ordered after fully realizing what I was dealing here. Kookie, on the other hand, was not going to give in. He did not want me to leave.

"Jimin, you know well you are not well enough to go out in this weather, I can't bear to think you could also end up in the hospital."

He had now pulled a string. He had gotten on a nerve I thought he could never get before. It isn't easy to get on my bad side, but Kookie was pushing it by mentioning Revy. "Kookie, I don't have time for this." I pushed past him, opening the door and walking quickly outside. If he ran after me I don't know what I'd do.

My hands tucked into the pockets of my jacket and my collar turned upwards, I walked towards Seoul's biggest hospital. It isn't a rare sight to see people walk long distances nowadays. It isn't too hot or cold to rely on cars, so a number of people I could be encountering, one might recognize me. That is why I agreed to take the three guards Revy acknowledges the most. The three of them agreed on keeping this encounter a secret, and our intentions were hidden.

"Excuse me, are you Park Jimin?" I did not bother to look up. Tony had already put his arm out to block the person from talking to me any further. "My brother is Giovanni, an ex of-"

I finally stopped walking, turning towards the man. He was young and accompanied by none other than Giovanni. "My brother doesn't speak Korean, but I have been living here for a while, so I can translate for the both of you."

"I don't have a lot of time, so make it quick," I stated simply. Neither of them were surprised by my remark.

"He wants to let you know he knows what happened to Revy, and he is extremely sorry. He knows what it feels to lose someone, especially someone as special as her. He had the chance to marry her when they were young, but he got deported back to our home land. Anyways, if there is any way he can help you-"
