WinWin smiled to himself, looking down at the flowers that he held in his hand. He was a bit nervous for today, but he knew that, in the end, it would be worth it. He had finally asked out the person that he had been fascinated with ever since he first saw her in their college course. WinWin sighed to himself, leaning on a pole while contemplating on what to say to Hanzi.

"H-Hello Hanzi, you look beautiful today! No no, they look beautiful everyday so they should already know.." He mutters,  kicking the ground lightly while holding the bouquet with sweaty palms. "How about, ' Hey, Hanzi, I hope you like sushi, because that's what we're eating'. No no, that sounds too rude.."

"You could just start with a simple, ' Hello', Sicheng." Hanzi chuckled, watching WinWin freeze and quickly turn around, almost dropping the flowers in progress.

"H-Hanzi! These are for you." He stuttered, jutting out the Bouquet of flowers towards her, an awkward smile making it's way on to his face. Hanzi chuckled to herself, taking the flowers and giving WinWin a small smile in exchange.

"They're really pretty, thank you." she smiled shyly, looking down at the array of different colors that the flowers held. "Let me quickly go put them in my dorm, okay?" She smiled, quickly jogging into the girl's dorms and up to her dorm room. Winwin let out a deep breath, wiping the sweat off of his forehead.

Who knew talking to a girl was this hard...

"so, where are we heading? You never told me where." Hanzi said, looking out the car as WinWin drove.

"That's a secret." WinWin said, Hanzi pouting his way, but agreeing nonetheless.

"Fine. But it better not be expensive. I don't want you spending too much money." She replied, watching a really cute dog bark and chase around a bird.

"Define..expensive.." WinWin asks, parking next to the restaurant. Hanzi's eyes widen, watching in amazement as WinWin helps her out of the car. "Wait outside, I'll go check the reservation." He smiled, walking inside. Hanzi looked at the people waiting outside, then down at her oufit.

I feel underdressed. She thought, laughing awkwardly to herself. WinWin then came out a few minutes later, an embarrassed look on his face.

"What's wrong?" Hanzi asked, putting a hand on his shoulder.

"I-I accidentally booked it for..next month.." He muttered, looking down out of sheer embarrassment. Hanzi chuckled to herself, slightly aweing at how cute WinWin looked.

"How about we go down to that one diner we went to when we worked on our project? It has some good memories, you know?" Hanzi nudged him, WinWin smiling at her.

"Yeah, you dropped your milkshake on our project and we had to re-do it."

"Shh we don't talk about that outloud." With that, the two chuckling adults walked to the diner, which was about two blocks down.  As soon as they entered, they were greeted by their friend, Taeyong, who was the co-chef at that diner.

"Ah! You guys are back, don't make a mess like last time, okay?" He yelled from the kitchen, a small blush of embarrassment appearing on Hanzi's face. WinWin chuckled, leading them to a booth, the waiter coming over and getting their orders.

"And no milkshake this time right?" Yuta winked, Hanzi lightly hitting him.

"I said we don't talk about that outloud." Yuta chuckled, putting his hands up.

"I surrender. Your order's coming right up." With that, Yuta left, leaving flustered Hanzi with a chuckling WinWin. Hanzi pouted, crossing her arms.

"It's not funny."

"It kind of is if you think about it. The first time we actually got to know each other and you spilled your milkshake over a 3-day project we had to do in one night." winWin laughed more, Hanzi starting to chuckle also.

"But then you also spilled your energy drink on me, so I smelled like a walking sponsor for redbull for the next day. It didn't even come out of my clothes!" she exclaimed, Hanzi feeling her stomach start to hurt from all the laughing.

"I-I also asked you out right across the street  form here!" WinWin smiled, pointing towards the coffee shop across from the diner. Hanzi smiled, tucking a piece of her hair back.

"That's right. you did. You still haven't gotten me that new white shirt you promised me Sicheng."

"Hanzi, wait up!" WinWin yelled, trying to catch up to Hanzi. WinWin and Hanzi had just finished their homework at the coffee shop, deciding it would be better to do their horrid homework with the comfort of a person that knows the feeling, so they decided to meet at the coffee shop. They had recently finished their homework, Hanzi now leaving, but WinWin had other plans. For the longest time, he had wanted to ask out Hanzi, always seeing her in class out of the corner of his eye, twirling her pencil and writing the notes. Now, WinWin had the chance to, and he wasn't going to let that go.

"Hanz-" WinWin sputtered, gasping as he crashed into Hanzi, who stopped to turn because of WinWin's calls. WinWin's warm, dark coffee spilled all over Hanzi's new white t-shirt, a small and surprised gasp coming through Hanzi's lips. WinWin just stood there, his eyes widened in horror, realizing what he did.

He just spilled coffee.. on his crush. On his crush's new t-shirt, on top of it. "h-Here!" winWin stuttered, taking off his dark green bomber jacket and wrapping it around her, putting her hands through the jacket sleeves and zipping it up.  "There! all better-" WinWin looked down, blushing brightly as he realized how close he was to Hanzi. Hanzi just continued to stare up at WinWin, surprised at his actions. a small blush appears on her cheeks as WinWin moves away from her, clearing his throat. "I know this isn't the best time..since I just spilled coffee on you, but..willyougoonadatewithme?" His words jumbled together towards the end, Hanzi almost missing it.

Almost.

"I'd love to, but you owe me a new white shirt."

"I know you probably don't- Wait what."

"That was the most embarrassing moment in my life, and I went to school in my underwear once." WinWin muttered, his cheeks heating up at the thought of the event. Hanzi just laughed, leaning over the table and grabbing WinWin's hand, intertwining her fingers with his own.

"It was cute. Not the most practical way to get asked out, but it was one of the highlights of that week for me." She said, sending an eye smile WinWin's way. WinWin smiles back, a small ,comfortable silence between the two. As the food came, they then began to eat, their other hands still grasping each other for comfort.

"I had a great time, Sicheng. We didn't spill anything on each other." Hanzi joked, WinWin chuckling.

"surprising, really." WinWin replied, stopping in front of Hanzi's dorm building. The two just stood there, staring at one another with a smile across both of their features. Hanzi leans up, kissing WinWin lightly on the cheek, letting her lips linger there for a few seconds, before pulling away.

"I can't wait for our date at the restaurant next month~" Hanzi said, walking up the steps of the dorm. WinWin nods, dazed slightly, before snapping out of it.

"W-Wait, our date-"

"You still have reservations, right? We can't let those go to waste." Hanzi chuckled, closing the door. She continued to walk to her dorm, but turned around. She laughed to herself as she saw WinWin jump up and down, cheering to himself and high-fiving himself. "Gosh, why are you so cute?"
