I'm making a confession I've been hiding for a little while. I'm a lesbian and I have been since I was 9. I have a crush on my best friend and she was the first person I told about me being gay. I wish I could just tell her I love her but she's not gay and things would be really awkward because we've known each other for years. I've been told that she has a crush on a boy that used to be in our class back in primary school (I'm British.) I always feel so alone knowing that I won't ever be able to say I have a boyfriend to my parents or tell my friends the awesome dates I go on because all the girl crushes I've had aren't gay. -Dragon Lover (that's my nickname)
