Have you ever listened to an interview you did years after you filmed or documented said interview?

It's weird.

It's like: that video, that paper, can freeze time for a moment somewhere in your life.

You look back and realize: I'm not exactly that same person.

And yes, of course, sometimes I'll look back at my tour interviews from the previous year and just think...gosh, how times have changed.

Only if it had been only 365 days since.

And really, your answers will change overtime.

As I'm looking back at the first interview I ever did, the question was "what do you want in your dream husband?" (Why it was that question, Darlings, I don't know.)

And I said "I want him to believe in me."

Now thinking about it I'd say: "I want to be able to trust him. I want respect. I do want unconditional love, yes, but I want him to accept every little independent piece of me."

My, how the times have changed.
