"Just make sure you're eating, Babe. I know the pain will shatter your appetite, but you have to eat even if you don't feel like it."

We all see you're not eating. You look hungry for Pete's sake.

"Don't fake smiles. Especially around us, please don't. We're family, and I love you, please take your guard down for us."

We all see your 'happy' smile and your false confidence. It's clear in your eyes how much you're hurting.

"Sleep too, Babe. It'll make a world of a difference."

We all see you haven't been taking that either. The circles under your eyes, and the fact that you keep falling asleep on breaks are really giving it away.

We see these things. We notice them. Especially when you give us hugs and you settle for once. We feel how shaky your breaths are, we feel the weight of all your pain at once. We genuinely feel and see these things, and we genuinely know that this is a cry for help.
