Chapter 12: ANBU and Tears

Shizuka: update~~~ chapter 12 here... *sigh* only a few really cares about this story...

"Want you to live back here with us...." Naruko's eyes widened..

"If it's okay with you...we really want you here back with us..." Naruko was speechless..she couldn't believe what she was hearing.

"I-I-"Naruko breathed in deeply, calming herself own in the process. Finally getting back her power to speak she asked

"Would you please give me some more time to decide?"

"If that's what you want naru..."

"Thanks dad..."

They talked for a few more minutes until they finally bid their goodbyes. Naruko walked back to her room and sat down on her bed. She looked at her window and saw Sasuke's window open, she let out a small sighed then went to sleep.

The next day Naruko woke up by the sound of pelting rain. She opened her window and looked at the gloomy sky, she sighed again and went to her bathroom to take a bath.

She was just standing under the shower, her eyes closed, just letting the hot water pour down on her body, her mind kept repeating the conversation she had with her father. She sighed again.

卍 Henge: Sasuke!! 卍

Sasuke went over to his window. Seeing Naruko's window closed and covered with curtains he let out a deep sigh. He decided to leave his window open incase Naruko would come over so he went out to prepare for school., after bathing and changing he went down to the kitchen and toasted two pieces of loaf bread then put jelly on the 1st toast and jam on the 2nd. He went back upstairs to get his bag when Itachi came out of his room, and saw Sasuke holding two toasts.

"Why do you have two toasts? And I thought you hate jelly?" Sasuke ignored Itachi and went inside his room. He went to his bag which was on the bed. The jelly from one of the toast dripped on his bed leaving a stain. He sighed and looked at Naruko's window through his, then looked back to the jelly toast and thought 'why did I make two toasts? Then all of a sudden an image of Naruko licking the jelly that dripped on her hand appeared, Sasuke shook his head and grabbed his bag ready to go to school.

He exited his house and saw Naruko also leaving hers.

'I wonder if she's mad...She hasn't spoken to me for days....but why is she mad?' Sasuke thought (Shizuka: Seriously Sasuke...I thought you were smart....)..He sighed again and decided to confront her.

"Naruko!" he called. Naruko halted on her steps and turned to look at him. Sasuke half-ran half-walk to Naruko

"Here." He handed the toast with jelly...Naruko stared at it for a few seconds before accepting it.

"Thanks." She muttered and turned to leave. Sasuke immediately grabbed her arm, to stop her from leaving

"Wait." Naruko raised one of her brows in question.

"Are you mad at me?" Sasuke asked

"I'm not."

"Then why are you avoiding me?"

"Because I want to." She said and slapped Sasuke's hand away and left...

Sasuke froze at his place for a few seconds before groaning and slumped on the ground grabbing his hair in frustration....

"What the hell..."

卍 KAI! 卍

Naruko flipped open her phone and texted her ANBU friends, hinata and Temari.

"Meet me at the usual place after school." She typed and sent it.

She closed her phone and proceeded to go to hell-I mean school.

卍 Fast forward no Jutsu! 卍

After school Naruko went to ANBU's garage studio... She saw her friends lounging inside, and couldn't help but tear up. Their eyes widened

"O-OI!!! Why the hell are you crying!?" Kiba asked panicking. Faster than anyone could comprehend Hinata and Temari were already beside Naruko comforting her trying to make her stop crying...

"Tch. Girls are so troublesome." Shikamaru said but was also trying to make Naruko stop crying. But their actions just made her cry louder.

"H-Hey!! Naru!! I-I'll give you my favorite Chips so stop crying!!" Chouji said handing her his chips.

"Naru...Stop crying..." Gaara said in a gentle voice...

Few minutes later. Naruko finally ---to ANBU, hinata and Temari's relief--- stopped crying. Temari patted Naruko's back with Hinata by her side and asked

"Naru-chan what's wrong?" Naruko sniffed and wiped her eyes.

"Y-You can tell us anything.." Hinata said smiling meekly at Naruko.

"Yeah! Naru! We're here for you!"Kiba said with a bright smile. Naruko looked at Chouji, Shikamaru and Gaara. They nodded at her. Naruko took a deep breath and said while looking on the ground

"I-I think I might be leaving..." Hinata, Temari, Kiba and Chouji looked at her in confusion while Gaara and Shikamaru looked at each other.

"Where are you going?" Kiba asked, Naruko shook her head and said "To Italy...to my parents..." Naruko said between her sniffles.

"When will you be back?" Temari asked but Naruko didn't respond. She just sat on the ground while tears again fell down her cheeks. Kiba had a frown on his face, Hinata and Temari's eyes were tearing up, Chouji ate much more faster while holding back his tears, Shikamaru crossed his arms, while Gaara just stared at the crying blonde.

Naruko looked at his teammates faces and stood up.

"Idiots, you shouldn't cry.." She said playfully hitting Kiba.

"B-But we.....Waaahhh!!!!" Kiba cried the others following him, since they couldn't hold it back anymore. Temari cried inn the arms of Shikamaru, while Shikamaru covered his crying face with one of his hands because his other arm wrapped around Temari's waist. Gaara turned his back from them so they wouldn't see his tears. Hinata cried on Naruko while Kiba was on his knees. Chouji was crying waterfall tears still munching his chips At a very fast speed. Naruko looked at them sadness, reminiscing their memories together. When they first met...when they made their group...when they fought for the band positions... When they sang their songs... Naruko couldn't help but cry again...remembering all those times they were together...

Done....I didnt know how to end this chapter so....i just made Naruko cry again ...hehe...=_=V

Shizuka: I'm getting bored of typing this story....and to think I just newly reached half of the notebook (where I write the story)... And sadly...it's not even finished yet... More like it's still halfway done..*sigh*...
