Chapter 21

Tobias POV

Will and I are running after Christina and Tris. They had just fallen from the ceiling, but what caught me off gaurd, was the fact that Tris was continuing to run. We almost caught them, my hand was like a centimeter from Tris's waste, she noticed and ran even faster. Then we lost them.

"No!!!! Dude we have to find them! Christina is going to dump my butt if we don't tell them it was a stupid joke!!!" Says Will obviously frustrated by now.

"Calm down! They're obviously heading back to Dauntless. Let's just go there. I'm not stupid ya know." I say as I wink.

"Clearly." Will crosses his arms and I pull him towards the exit of the school until I hear shouting. It's Shauna.

"I CANT BELIEVE YOU! WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO ME AGAIN? I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME. BUT I WAS CLEARLY WRONG." I look around to a corner to see Shaunna screaming at Zeke, tears and pouring out of her eyes and running down her face like a waterfall.

"YOURE BEING RIDICULOUS AND YOU WONT EVEN LET ME EXPLAIN!" Zeke yells back.

"Because there nothing to explain.......... Were over." Shaunna replies with a scratchy voice. She crosses her arms and runs away sobbing. Zeke looks stunned. I clap my hands sarcastically.

"Great going Zeke." I say.

"What have I done?" Zeke says mumbling to himself.

"You tell me." I reply.

He snaps out of it and glares at me. Will clears his throat clearly panicking.

"I gotta go." Zeke pushes past me and runs after Shaunna. That's probably the first time I've ever seen him angry.

"Let's go." I say. We run towards the exit and head towards the train tracks to see the girls getting on the train, were too late. Shoot. I have to think fast.

"Were just gonna have to run buddy." I say slapping Will's back. His eyes widen and he groans but he follows me as I run towards dauntless.

*time lapse*

We finally arrive at dauntless.

"Which dorm is Christina and Tris's again?" Will says panting.

"57B" I say as I pick up my pace.

I find their dorm and pound on the door. I hear nothing.

"Here goes nothing." I say. I breathe, and then kick their door down making it smash into pieces. Tris is sitting on her bed talking to Christina and when she sees me, her jaw drops to the floor. I smile and flex my muscles. Then I realize why I'm here.

"Oh yeah, I need to talk to you young lady!" I say pointing at her.

I turn around to tell Will to come back me up here but I don't see him. Then he appears in the doorway and falls to the ground breathless. I see him wink. He's got another plan. I look at Christina to see her trying to resist not to help Will but he groans and she loses it. She runs over to his side.

"WILL! WILL ARE YOU OK?!" She shakes him and he looks up and smiles at her. Then he grabs her wrist and says,

"Gotcha!"

She glares at him and pulls her out into the hallway, giving me a thumbs up. I wink in reply.

"Look Tris I'm sorry, I didn't know cake in the face made you two go crazy." I say trying so hard not to laugh.

She glares at me but then chuckles. "It's ok, plus, I like being chased, it's fun to see you and Will end up passing out." She smiles and this time I glare at her. But then she stands on her tip toes and kisses my cheek.

"Let's go eat I'm starving." She says. We interlock our fingers and go out into the hall to see Will an Christina having a full make-out session.

"NO PDA!" Screams Uriah and Marlene from behind. They're holding hands and heading to Dauntless Cafe to eat.

Christina and Will blush and we all decide walk to the Cafe together.
