Tris POV
Marlene gets a bunch of supplies and we head to Zeke's apartment.
"So any smart ideas?" I ask jokingly.
"Oh just wait till you see." She says smirking as we turn a corner.
She stops in front of Zeke's door and says,
"Ok before I open the door, I need you to hold this." She hands me a little serum bottle with a needle at the end.
"What's this?" I ask.
"Its kind of like peace serum, except it makes you fall asleep after a minute." She says evilly grinning.
"If he's inside you have to throw it at him, almost like throwing a dart, got it?" She says.
"Yes ma'am" I solute and at that she bursts into laughter. She calms herself and bends down to the door knob to pick it with a pin. To my surprise the door clicks open.
"Wow, where did you learn that?" I ask.
"Uriah taught me last valentines day." She says a little embarrassed. So I just laugh. She just shrugs and turns to open the door.
"Ready?" She asks. I hold up the syringe almost like a gun ready to fire at any time.
"Ready." I reply confidently.
She opens the door and we burst in screaming.
"PUT YOUR HANDS UP!" I laugh a little. No ones here though.
"Perfect!" She jumps up and down squealing and clapping her hands, almost like Christina when she buys a new outfit.
"Ok I need you to put these in the doorway of his bathroom and bedroom over there." She points and I just stare at what she put in my hands. They're lasers. This should be fun.
*a half hour later*
We finally finished. We spread peanut butter all over Zeke's sheets, put lasers on his doors, changed his phone settings to some other language, filled his bathtub with syrup, put fireworks in his microwave, covered the tv in whipped cream, covered his kitchen floor with melted butter, and finally, we set a trap so that when Zeke opens to front door, a big bucket of green goo will all over him. Marlene and I stand proudly and admire our work. I think we did a pretty darn good job. I decide to text Tobias to bring Zeke back to his apartment.
"Oh I almost forgot!" Marlene says suddenly snapping me out of my daze.
She gets out a tiny little camera and attaches it to the wall with a simple snap.
"Now we can watch everything from the control room! Let's go!" She says excitedly, I can't wait to see this, so I follow.
We get to the control room and just our luck, the door has a combination lock.
"Great! What now?!" Marlene says frustrated. I think for a second... I think I've seen Tobias do it enough times to memorize it.
"Wait.. Let me see." I say. Marlene steps aside and I punch in a series of numbers. Then the door makes a small beep noise and the light on the lock turns green. it's open! Marlene just looks shocked.
"It takes skill Mar." I say.
She shrugs as we walk in, then I stop immediately. Tobias is standing right there.
