Secrets and Confessions

Camryn's POV

-8:14 PM-

I've been working at the strip club for about a week now

Jughead and I are currently sitting on the couch in his trailer watching 'Hey Arnold'

"Hey Juggy, can I ask you a question?" I ask glancing over at him

"Yeah, sure?" Jughead says but it comes out as more of a question

"Why did you join the south side serpents?" I ask as I peer into his eyes

"You want the truth or what everyone thinks is the truth?" Jughead asks as he turns on the couch to face me

"The truth." I say nodding my head

"My dad lead the serpents and without him they were going crazy with ideas on taking the north siders out. Well sweet pea and some of the other guys were planning on planting a bomb and taking out all of the north side." Jughead says

"So you joined to protect everyone?" I ask

"Yup, but everyone thinks I joined because I was choosing the serpents over them." Jughead says

"I'm sorry, Jug." I whisper

"Don't be, they're probably better off without me in their lives." Jughead says

"I know Archie isn't. He misses his bestfriend, Jug. Call him." I say as I look him in his eyes

"I don't know, Cam. I'll think about it." Jug says as he turns his attention to 'Hey Arnold'

"Well you think about it while I go out. I won't be back till late so don't wait up." I say as I get up off the couch

"Where are you going?" Jughead asks as he gets up off the couch as well

"Uh, over to Kevin's. Uh...Betty and Veronica are going too and we're gonna...uh have a chick flick marathon." I lie

"Um, okay." Jughead says

I go into the bathroom and change into my silver sparkly and black bikini bra and my black super short shorts, a pair of thigh high black boots

I put in my devil heart belly ring and a pair of big hoops earrings

I quickly put on some red velvet lipstick and I wing my eyeliner

I grab my fake lipstick that is actually a secret knife and slip it into the pocket of my trench coat

I then put my tan trench coat on and tie it in the front

I exit the bathroom and walk down the hallway into the kitchen where I see Jughead drinking a coke

I grab my car keys and cell phone off the counter

"I'll see you later, Juggy." I say before I exit the trailer

I unlock my car and hop in. I then start it and begin my drive to Greendale

I pull my phone out and dial Archie's number

I then connect my phone to the Bluetooth radio in my car

"Hey." Archie says

"Hey, we have to talk." I say into my phone

"What about?" Archie asks

"About Jughead." I say as I stop at a red light

"Cam, what's done is done. You can't fix this." Archie says as the light turns green and I go

"No Archie, he joined the serpents for the north side." I state

"What do you mean?" Archie asks

"He joined the serpents to keep them from planting a bomb on the north side." I state as I turn into the strip club parking lot

"Why didn't he just tell us that?" Archie asks skeptically as I pull in a parking space

"He thought you guys were better off without him." I say as I put my car into park

"I gotta go apologize to him, Cam. I'll talk to you later." Archie says before ending the call

I turn my car off and walk into the strip club

Jughead's POV

*Knock Knock*

I get up off the couch and open the front door

My eyes land on Archie, Betty, Kevin, and Veronica

Aren't they suppose to be with Camryn?

"Jughead, Camryn called and told me why you really joined the serpents. I'm so sorry." Archie says as Veronica and Betty both hug me

"Camryn said she was going over to Kevin's house to watch chick flicks and Betty and Veronica were going too?" I say in a questioning tone

"No, we don't have plans tonight." Kevin replies as he looks at Veronica and Betty

"Nope, no plans." Veronica says

"Then where would she be? and why would she lie about it?" Archie asks in a worried brotherly tone

"Sweet Pea and some other people were going to the new strip club up in Greendale, maybe she tagged along with them." I say

"That's my dad's strip club." Veronica says

"Let's go check it out. See if she's there." Betty says

*15 Minutes Later*

Camryn's POV

"Here's table three's drinks." The bartender says as I take the tray of drinks

I strut over to table three with my head down

"I have two waters, two bud lights, and a sex on the beach." I say as I set the tray on the table before looking up and seeing five familiar faces

"Shit." I whisper to myself

"Veronica, sweetheart. I'm so glad you could come see the place." Hiram says now standing beside me

"So what do you guys think of my new waitress?" Hiram asks as he squeezes my shoulder

"I think she's my underage little sister." Archie says with a stern look on his face

"Underage?" Hiram asks innocently

"I can't have an underage girl working for me." Hiram says innocently

"Get your things from the locker room. You're fired." Hiram adds before he walks away

"He knew you were underage. Didn't he?" Veronica asks and I nod my head in response as I look at Archie who won't look at me

"I'm gonna go get my things." I say softly before walking away and towards the locker room

I walk into the locker room and over to my locker

I grab my trench coat and put it on

I grab my money, keys, and phone before walking out of the locker room

I walk out of the strip club and see Archie leaning against my car

"Where's everyone else?" I ask as I unlock my car

"Veronica drove Betty and Kevin home and Jughead went home on his motorcycle." Archie explains without looking at me

"Archie." I whisper

"What, Camryn?" Archie asks finally looking up at me

"You don't know me. You don't get to act like you do. This. Stripping. I've done it before and I've been just fine. I have been on my own my entire life. Everyone I've ever grown close to has found some reason to walk out on me. So here. This is your chance. Your reason. So go ahead and walk out on me. I'm not gonna stop you!" I yell as Archie just stares at me

"Walk out on you? That's what you think I'm gonna do?" Archie asks as he steps towards me

"Cam, family is forever. Dad and I will never walk out on you, Cam. We love you no matter what. But this. This is....it's not you. I may not completely know you yet but what I do know about you is you are better than this. Better than Hiram lodge and everything that comes with him." Archie says before engulfing me in a hug
