A broken hearted little serpent

Camryn's POV

"Today is your last day at Southside high, are you prepared?" Archie asks as he stands in the doorway of the bathroom while I do my makeup

"It's bittersweet. I've become really good friends with some of those peoples." I reply to Archie

"And you have really good friends at Riverdale high." Archie says in a defensive tone

"Calm down, Arch. I know I do. But me being at Riverdale high with...Betty? Arch, I get the feeling that she wants nothing to do with me." I say as I walk past Archie and back into my bedroom

"About that, we need to talk." Archie says as he walks into my bedroom and sits down on my bed

"What's up?" I ask as I grab my Serpents jacket out of my closet

"Betty ended things with Jugghead because the black hood was playing her like a puppet. She's still in love with Jughead." Archie says as I put my jacket on

"I gotta go." I say before snatching my car keys off my desk and jogging down the stairs

"Is that a serpents jacket?" My dad asks as I reach the bottom of the stairs

"We're not doing this right now." I say before walking out of the house

*10 Minutes Later*

I lock my car and walk towards the front doors of the school

I see Jughead and the serpents standing by the doors waiting on me

I readjust my jacket as I approach everyone

Jughead throws his arm around me before we all walk into the school

"It's your last day at Southside high, little serpent." Sweet pea says to me

"She's not a little serpent." Jughead says

"What's up with you? You seem a little...off." Jughead says

"Honestly, I'm not ready to leave this place, or you, or these asshats." I say before bumping sweet pea with my hip

"Awe we're gonna miss you too." Sweet pea says in a mocking tone as we all approach the metal detectors

"Shut up." I say with a small laugh as we all place our things in bins

I walk through the metal detectors before grabbing my things

"You sure you're not ready to leave?" Jughead jokes as he walks through the metal detectors

*8 Hours Later*

"I think it's time we invite Cam to the Whyte Wyrm." Sweet pea says as we all walk out of the school

"The what?" I ask with a small laugh

"It's the serpents hangout." Toni explains

"Let's go." I say as I unlock my car

"Follow us." Sweet pea says as everyone gets on their bikes and I get in my car

*5 Minutes Later*

"We'll meet you in there." Jughead says as he gets off his bike and I lock my car

"What's up?" I ask as I shove my hands into my jacket pockets

"Something is up with you. And I think it's more than you not wanting to leave Southside high." Jughead says

I take a deep breath before locking eyes with Jughead

"I think I wanna officially join the serpents." I say as I look into Jughead's eyes
