Chapter 35
William opened his eyes tiredly in the darkness. 'Jennifer,' he asked himself for he thought he heard footsteps out in the hallway and leading downstairs a few ways down. William got up from his bed, he was doing his best as to not wake up James or Ryan. William quietly opened the door slightly. He looked through the crack in the opened door, but it was too dark to see anything. He didn't have his glasses on; everything was a blur in his eyes. But he thought he saw a blur of a figure; he couldn't figure out who it was, but it was just a person. Then he saw that that someone was looking at him, their eyes meet for a split second before the blurred figure was gone. William squinted his eyes; trying to see better, but it was still all just a blur. William opened the door a little more, and he walked out of the room. Then he closed the door. "Jennifer," he asked. William blindly walked into my room. He noticed that the door was already open. 'Did she sleep with the door wide open or did she walk out and left it opened,' he asked himself. But he couldn't see anything. William then turned on the light on, but there was my bed neatly folded as a blurred folded bed in his eyes. It was clear that I wasn't in the room. 'But where is she,' he asked himself. William walked back into the room he was sleeping in, and he grabbed his glasses from the end table near the bed he previously left. 'There, that's better,' he thought as he could see a little better, but he did not have night vision. William was also a human being, so he himself had to turn on a flashlight or something to keep from waking up the whole house. William found a flashlight that he could use. William then walked back out of the room, closing the door behind him
