There are certain things
That the human mind
Was not designed to process.
So when it destroys us,
We make the war into art.
We paint,
We write,
We laugh,
We cry.
We pass on our struggles
To the characters we have made.
And at some point,
While they are learning to overcome
What they've been through,
So do we.
