" Y/N " you heard Daryl mumbled to you as you stood in your cell, your head turned to look at him as you saw how his once hard face he turned soft.

" Are you okay ?" You asked him placing my book down on the side. He walked into you cell and looked down to the ground. You and Daryl were very close some people said that youse had a secret thing going on.

" Merels dead " he said as you looked at him not knowing what to do or say, you saw his eyes fill up with tears as you brought him into a hug.

" Daryl I am so so sorry " You said as you softly stroked the back of his head.

" I had to do it , I had to kill him when he was a walker " He said his voice breaking on the last word.

" Come on sit down " you said as the both of youse sat down on your bed. " I know it's hard losing someone who you love , it was for me when I saw my family die . It's horrible. I know that there isn't really anything what I can do but Daryl your my best fiend and you mean so much to me you have saved my life so many times and if you ever feel sad or worried or have any problems I want you to come and see me "

He gave you a small smile as you hugged him again , this time he hugged you back, you wouldn't lie you had a crush on Daryl he only person who knew was Carol she said that she thinks that he likes you back but u couldn't tell. Right now wasn't the moment to tell Daryl how you felt.

" Y/N " Daryl said his head buried down on your chest. " don't die , I can't lose you too "

A small smile sprung on your face , " With you Alive I don't think I'm gunna be going anytime soon "
