Three (Showoff)

"Rise and shine cunts. Gym in ten minutes." Nova said and walked out.

"Gym before breakfast?" I heard somebody ask.

"I guess." I said

I got up and brushed my teeth and got dressed and was the first girl there.

"Start stretching." Nova told us.

When the others got there she made them stretch too.

"This is your new routine. When you wake up you have ten minutes to be in this gym. Once you get here you stretch until I say otherwise. You run hundreds and do your laps and once you're  done you go to breakfast. Clear?" She said

We nodded our head and kept stretching .

"If I ask a group question you say no sir and yes sir. Clear?" She said

"Yes sir. "We said

"I want it in unison. Clear?" She said louder.

"Yes sir." We all said

"Hundreds." She said and we got up and started doing hundreds.

"I got muscles hurting in places I didn't even know I had muscles. "Yarrow said

I snickered and got up to run laps.

"You're up mighty damn fast. You didn't run hundreds in less than ten minutes."Nova said stopping me.

"Would you like to watch me do them?" I asked

"I actually would." She said

I snorted and rolled my eyes and started redoing the hundreds.

I finished in eight minutes and she looked at me in shock. I looked around and everybody was almost done with there laps.

"Can I run now?" I asked

"Go eat." She said

Once I got my food I found Echo and sat down.

"Hey. How's training ?" He said

"Shit. Hell. I had to do hundreds twice. " I said

"Damn. Why?" He asked

"Cuz Nova said I finished too quick and thought I cheated so she made me redo them. Thank God I had extra time to stretch." I said biting my toast.

"Your body will get used to it in about a week. Shit you already look like you worked out." He said

"Yea I did but not like this. Are Pure Breeds trained differently?" I asked

"Shit yea. We get run six times harder and it ain't no type of nice shit. But since we used to it we used to it." He said shrugging his shoulders.

"Do you guys have the same routine as us?" I asked

"Nah we switch out times and do alot more." He said

"Right now you guys are probably going to spar. When we're about to free train. " he said

"What does that mean?" I asked

"We have to scale walls and buildings, workout with our gear on and swim. Just all types of cool stuff." He said

"Gear?" I asked

"We've been halfway prepped for this from the jump but it's just to push our bodies more. But I can't say too much. "He said

"Selects gym in three." Nova said

"Gotta go." I told Echo.

When I got to the gym I found Juniper and stood next to him.
