I looked up from my phone as Amber came around the corner.

Amber: She said the flight is tomorrow at one so we need to be at the airport at twelve-forty-five.

Me: Aigh'

She climbed in the bed with me and laid on my chest.

Amber: So what's in Cali?

Me: I don't know. Bali knows just about er'bodyin er' city, state and fuckin' country.

She laughed.

Amber: But either way, I'm excited.

Me: For what?

Amber: I haven't been in California in a few years. I mainly just can't wait for the beach.

I chuckled.

Me: You love the beach a little too much.

Amber: Yeah and you love money too much.

She laughed at the end of her sentence.

Me: Shut up, who don't love money?

She shrugged and cut on the tv while I went back to my instagram.

I was cooking my dinner when my bestfriend came into the kitchen.

Me: Why do you like to just welcome your self into my house?

Trinity: Because I'm your bestfriend and I can.

Me: Your annoying.

Trinity: Yeah but you love me, so oh well.

I rolled my eyes as I slapped the pork cop in the pan.

Trinity: I never understand why you do that.

Me: Do what?

Trinity: Slap your meat down in the pan.

I laughed.

Me: I don't know either but what're you doing here?

Trinity: Oh right, remember I told you about my old friend, Bali?

Me: Yeah?

Trinity: Well she's coming down tomorrow and I would like for you to meet her. She's bringing her friends though.

Me: I don't know, I have work and class tomorrow.

Trinity: Well she'll be here for about two weeks, so you can actually meet her anytime.

Me: Okay cool. I'll let you know if I can make it tomorrow. If I can, where will you be?

Trinity: Probably Golden Corral. For that girl to be small, she can eat a whole lot.

Me: So like me?

She laughed and grabbed a pickle from the pile.

Me: Yep, just like you.

I rolled my eyes at my dark skinned beauty of a best friend.

Trinity: So what are you doing for the rest of the day?

Me: Supergirl marathon, you?

Trinity: I was going to stay with you but nevermind. Watching that lame shit.

I playfully gasped at threw the towel at her.

Me: Shut up. Kara is my wife!

Trinity: Talk about a unhealthy obsession.

Me: Get out.

Trinity: Stay? Okay.

I rolled my eyes.

Trinity: Is dinner done yet?

Me: Uh excuse me but who said you were eating here?

Trinity: I did. So like I said, is dinner done yet?

I hate her with a passion.

Me: Yes. Here's your food.

I always make extra because Trinity is known for popping up at random times. If she don't show then it becomes extras.

I sat down at the island beaide her and began to eat.
