As it turns out, the group that had come to our kingdom was called The Order of Mercy. It started soon after a little girl moved to another town after hers was burned down. Despite why her home was burned, her young heart still found the good in us, and she found people to share that idea with. And just like that, she didn't build an army around herself, but rather created an order to help us.

That little girl was named Rosalina. The same Rosalina that was healed by the same dragon that almost killed her. She knows we can be bad, but we can also be merciful. So, we let the Order stay with us in the vacant homes of previous civilians, and train those we can with our dragon humans.

Never before did I think I'd see a collaboration between dragons and humans, but here we are.

It's clear a lot of dragons are angry about having to work with humans. Several fight have broken out, but as time passes, they start getting along better.

As the months slide by without much hint of their time, I'm proud to see my army of dragons getting stronger. After my announcement of allowing dragons to break gem if they feel safe enough, we gain several more full dragons too.

Mother is still displeased with my leniency to humans, and alterations to ourselves, but I think she's getting over the fact that this is my kingdom, and she is not allowed to control it. That is my silent power move against her.

Meanwhile, Mother still has control over Netheana and I. She knows we have more magic, so she's been running us into the ground trying to identify all of them, and teach us how to use them to the farthest that we can. Sometimes Mother doesn't even acknowledge she's hurting us, with how far she pushes us.

Although, sometimes, we learn more because of that. I've learned a few of Netheanas powers, such as her ability to see the souls of the people who died on the kingdom before she killed everyone. Whenever one particularly annoys her, she sits down, and her body turns white, as if she herself became a ghost.

When she does that, she says she's guiding them to the Nether so they move on to Secondary Life. They become a ghast, pigman, blaze, magma cube, or if they are so vile, they become part of a wither. She claims it's a mercy to the wandering soul, but really she just wants them away from her.

Mother's also been insisting that I get my hands around portal control and augmentation. She thinks they'll be important to take back home. While I can hold massive amounts of portal energy inside me for long periods of time, my augmentation ability hasn't gotten much better. I don't think it will, but Mother refuses to accept that. Although, she's getting calmer about it.

Our army has been doing incredibly well in training as of late. Everyone's been pretty good handling being attacked from several directions, which is good. Some aren't as great, but it will work. And this time, no one's afraid to use magic to win.

The reason everyone is working so hard now is because on the next Conquering Day, we are going back and we are taking back what's ours. We are much stronger than we were before, and thanks to Endra, we know what we're up against.

She says there's soldiers everywhere, and aren't even hesitant to kill a dragon. Two were caught and killed on sight. That isn't going to be us, though.

Another thing she told is is that they've built all over the place. There's hardly any free land for a dragon to move comfortably. We've been working on learning how to handle such terrain, after hearing that.

It's a lucky thing Mother is teaching full dragons something only they can do; Dragons can move through obsidian and End stone, which is how we've never broken the island or our pillars to avoid crashing into each other.
