Love will Pearce Through the Veil of Death

Nightmare.

Ed's POV
I'm laying on cold concrete, and it's dark outside, "wha?" I sit up quickly and look around, "where am I!"

I stand up and start running down an ally, I see him.
My eyes widen, gritting my teeth I run closer and my eyes widen, down by his feet are Al and Roy dead, I start sobbing, "you bastard!!" I run up and clap my hands making my arm a blade, I start fighting as much as I can, then next thing I know, kimbly did an explosion that sent me flying, "ah!"

I land and I'm pierced by a pole through my abdomen, I cough up blood, everything goes a bright white, is this heaven? No..it's different..

Al's there and Roy and mom..but, somethings wrong..
Al sees Ed, "I hate you! You got me killed! For the second time! You've ruined my life!"

Roy starts to yell, "I trusted you! And you let me get killed by him! You might as well have killed me yourself!"

I'm crying holding my chest, I look at mom desperate, "Edward, you couldn't even bring me back to life, you're a pitiful excuse of a son!"

They all start coming towards me and I scream holding my head.

Roy's POV

I'm talking with Al still holding Ed while he sleeps, "So, that teacher of yours, is she-" I'm interrupted by Ed screaming and curling up, my eyes widen.

This gets the attention of everyone on the train, "ed! Hey Ed"

"Brother!"

I grab Ed's shoulders gently and shake him, "Ed! It's just a dream! Snap out of it!"

Ed snaps awake and is now sitting up, he's breathing hard and sweaty, there are tears on his cheeks, "I-I..I'm fine, sorry.." he gets up and runs down the aisle to the bathroom.

Al sounds worried, "mustang we should-"

"I know," I get up and rush after Fullmetal.

Ed has locked himself in the bathroom, I knock, "Fullmetal open the door!"

I can hear Ed's voice shaking, "I'm fine colonel bastard, really, everything's okay..it's okay.."

I hear a thump and I go pale, "Ed!" I bust the door open and see him on the ground, my eyes are wide, I'm panicking, I quickly scan him for any injuries, I take a shaky breath when I see none.

Al comes running up, "no no no no Brother!"

"It's okay Alphonse he just passed out, he didn't get
Much sleep in." I pick Ed up gently, he's still breathing roughly and sweaty, I frown, I can't help but be concerned..I care about him, no that's not it, I love him..yes, I love the Fullmetal alchemist..I carry Ed back to our seats bridal style, "at least this way he's getting some rest..even if it is involuntary.." I say to Alphonse.

Al is really quiet, I don't blame him, we just had a scare about Ed..his brother.

I sit back down still holding Ed protectively, "he's going to be okay Al," I say this but in all honesty I'm not even sure myself, I do know, when we get back to central, I'm going to tell Fullmetal. I'm going to tell him how I truly feel.
