Scarlett's POV:

'Okay tomorrow 11am, at Victoria's Cafe.'

His message popped up on Jass' iOS.

'Tomorrow? Wouldn't it be too early for a plan?'

I replied to which Jass rolled her eyes.

"C'mon Scarlett, you're dying to meet him from 3 weeks, and when you're getting the chance you want to delay it?"
She questioned.

"It'd look too desperate of you, because this isn't even my phone. You double texted him, and now are being way too desperate to meet. Gross"
I laughed. "Besides, I'm NOT DYING"

'I am busy afterwards'

Came his reply.

"See, he too wants to meet you, and is just making excuses right now for not sounding desperate himself"
She butted in.

"Uff, this desperation"
I said irritated.

"Alas! These egoists"
She imitated me, and I laughed on how childish she can be sometimes.

'Uh, okay'

I replied.

"Yeeeessssssssss!"
I yelled and Jass eyed me from top to bottom as if I was a chimpanzee that ran from a zoo.

"I haven't ever seen you so happy when meeting to a guy.
What's happening? Are you the same Scarlett that I left in that forest?"
She questioned narrowing her eyes on me.

"I just really enjoy his company"
I acted cool.

"I hope so"

"Okay, I think I should leave. It's late already. I'll pick you tomorrow at 11:15, cool?"
I asked while smiling.

Honestly that smile isn't leaving my face.

"But we have to be there at 11 and you gonna pick me up at 11:15? It'll take 15 minutes for us to reach there so it'll be 11:30 and we'll be real late"
She commented.

"That's exactly my plan"
I replied and left.

It was 10 pm already, and I have to be at home soon or mom's gonna kill me, and then I can't meet him.
But I want to meet him.
But why do I have to?
What will I talk?
Oh god.

Stop being so nervous Scarlett.
My inner self scolded me.

After reaching to the mansion, mom asked me did I have my dinner.

I answered yes and went straight to my room, opened my wardrobe, and just sat there.

Oh god, I have no clothes to wear for tomorrow. What do I do??

I immediately called my helpline Jass.

"I don't have anything to wear"
I cried.

"Have you lost it Scarlett?
You'd have approximately 100-150 pairs and you're complaining??"
She almost yelled.

"But none of them is perfect"
I pouted.

"I want to kill you right now"
I can imagine her, rolling those eyes.

"Help me! What do I wear?"
I pleaded. "I want to look simple, but perfect, and the best" I continued.

"Okay, you remember that white top, Veronica gifted you?
She has a very good fashion sense. It suits you so much. How's that?"

"Ahaan. Why didn't I think of it?"
I realised.

"Cause it takes brains to think?"
She mocked.
