Chapter 7

When I got home I walked upstairs avoiding contact with Erika. I went into my room and closed my door. I looked at my phone and had a text from Charlie 'come to mine? Finished homework and I need to talk to you xxxxxxxx 😘' I smiled and started to type back 'okay, let me get changed xxxxxxxxxxx 😘💕' I quickly got changed into some skinny jeans and a vest top with a thin jumper on top of it. I put my hair up in a pony tail and left the house. My phone in my pocket and texting my friend Amy from back in Chelsea. When I got to the door Charlie pulled me into a hug

"You seem happy" I said hugging him back

"I am" he replied smiling

"Why?" I said following him into the living room. "What have you done?" I asked him

"Simons signed me and Leo" he said excitement filling his face. I screamed a bit and hugged him. He picked me up and he kept me in the air for a few moments.

"I'm so proud of you. Well done Charlie!" I said as he put me down. As we were hugging the front door opened and a familiar voice boomed through the house

"No mum. I don't want to see Charlie" Darcy said. The living room door opened and Darcy stood there staring at me and Charlie "well. What can I say" she said turning away

''No Darcy, let me explain'' I said, I heard her sigh then turn back around

''fine'' she said, Charlie stepped forward to explain before i could even start

''Darcy, you're my cousin, and Maddie's best friend. I think what you should at least do is pretend you're happy for us'' he said, Darcy shrugged her shoulders ''Please Darcy'' he pleaded, Darcy sighed again

''i suppose i should at least pretend to be happy shouldn't I'' she said, a small smile forming on her face, she looked at me and smiled, I smiled back at her and she walked up to me and hugged me.

--------------- 4 days later --------------- Charlie's POV ---------------

The next 4 days just went by so quickly, it was half 3 on Friday and we were walking down Maddie's street, surprisingly my parents let her stop at mine and her's let her too. We walked into her house and her mum was packing in the living room

''what the hell are you doing?'' Maddie asked her mum

''I'm packing for Cyprus, Madeleine, could you make some Jam sandwiches for Livi?'' her mum replied, Maddie walked into the kitchen, got out some bread from the bread bin and 2 bottles of vimto and passed one to me

''We're going to Cyprus?'' Maddie said confused ''But i'm supposed to be stopping at Charlie's tonight'' she questioned, her mum looked up at her ''you and Erika aren't going, me, your dad and Livi are. You and Erika have the house to yourselves for 2 weeks'' she said, Erika ran downstairs

''i heard the words Erika, house, yourselves, weeks'' Erika said, i chuckled slightly

''oh hey Charlie'' Erika said,

''Hiya Eri'' I replied smiling

''Hi Charlie'' the girls mum said smiling at me

''Hi Sarah'' i replied smiling eventually we left the house and started walking to mine

--------------- Maddie's POV -----------------

We got to Charlie's and as soon as we walked in his sister ran up to us ''CHARLLIE!! MADDIE!!'' she shouted

''go away Brooke, Where's mum?'' he asked, Brooke shook her head ''idiot'' he mumbled under his breath, we walked upstairs and sat on his bed on his laptop ''I HAVE AN IDEA!!!'' Charlie shouted ''let's do a twitcam'' he said, I sighed not really wanting to

''okay, tweet about it, i will too'' i said, i got out my phone and started typing

'@MaddieBaker_x twitcam at 9 from me and Charlie from @barsandmelody tune in xx' after i sent it Charlie had put one on

'@barsandmelody rumour has it and a certain @MaddieBaker_x is at my house, twitcam at nine!! WATCH US- Charlie xx' suddenly i got quite scared..
