Chapter 36

---------------Maddie's POV---------------

I could hear, speak and feel properly. But I couldn't move or open my eyes yet. And from the waist below I couldn't feel anything.

"Waddie?" I heard a familiar 3 year olds voice say

"Livi" I said. I felt my sister climb onto my bed and wrap her arms around me "i can't hug you back Liv. I can't move" I said. Suddenly I felt tears on my chest. She was crying

"But.. I need my Waddie wugs" she said

"And I need my Livi hugs" I said. My little sister kept crying. Slowly my eyes opened. My younger sister the first thing I saw and slowly my finger started to twitch. Within 5 minutes I had my arms wrapped around Livi and I could sit up properly. Only able to wiggle my toes.

"I wuv you" she said

"I love you too Livi" I said kissing her head "mum. Where's Erika and dad? Where's Leo? Where's Char- oh" I said. Realisation hitting me. Me and Charlie weren't on the best of terms. I grabbed my phone from my mum and went on twitter. Erika had started a trend

'@ErikaMae_XO please can we start a trend for my beautiful sister @MaddieBaker_X #GetWellSoonMadds'

Then another

'@ErikaMae_XO: RIP to my beautiful sister Madeleine. You fought so strong. Right until the very end. I love you, and I miss you. RIP angel😘😭 xxx'

and she'd attached a collage. A photo from the day we were born. And the day of my 'death' the text on the collage

'June 30th 1999-August 17th 2014'

"Eri thinks I'm dead?" I said

"You were for a while. Just look at your twitter" my mum said. I kept looking at it

'@harvey: RIP Maddie, always so beautiful and strong. You didn't deserve your final suffer and he didn't deserve you, I love and miss you, Harv x #RIPMaddieBaker'

Then Darcy tweeted

'@darcy_smith: today heaven gained an angel, I lost my best friend. I couldn't thank you enough for everything you've done of me, and all of our beautiful memories. I miss you, I love you Madds, RIP angel- Darc xxx #RIPMaddieBaker'

But 3 tweets made my life. Well. What was left of it.

He'd attached the first photo we'd ever had. The photo of us at my birthday party where I was kissing his cheek. Aw

'@BarsAndMelody: I'm so sorry beautiful, I don't know what I was thinking and now you're gone. I loved you and I always will Madds. I love you, and I wish I hadn't messed it all up for this to happen. I love you Madeleine Alison Baker- Charlie xxx'

He'd attached the photo we took before the pool where we were kissing. I knew what I needed to do. Whether it would scare people or not...

----------------Erika's POV-----------------

I was sat on my bed looking at Maddie's twitter when it said 'one new tweet' what!?

'@MaddieBaker_X GUYS I'M NOT DEAD! I died for a matter of moments. I'm fine now. Thankyou for all of the lovely messages though😘 - Madds x'

OH MY GOD

I ran into Leo's room "LEO. SHES NOT DEAD" i shouted. Leo's eyes widened "LOOK" I said throwing my phone at him. Him and Charlie instantly looked at Maddie's tweet.

"She's tweeted again!" Charlie said grabbing my phone. "It-it's a reply.. T-to me" he said

"Read it then" I said

'@MaddieBaker_X: @BarsAndMelody Thankyou Char😘 but I'm fine. I love you too xxxxxxxxx'

"She stlll cares" Charlie said a big smile forming on his face

"DAD" I shouted running to his room. Leo and Charlie behind me "Maddie's okay" I said as we ran into his room "take us to the hospital. Please" I said tears rolling down my face. My dad instantly smiled

"Come on!" He said pulling the 3 of us into the car. As we left the hotel and into the car park. Within 15 minutes we were at the hospital

"Charlie. Go first" I smiled. Charlie nodded and walked into the hospital room

------------------Maddie's POV----------------

I sat up in my hospital room eating cookie dough ice-cream. "Madds?" A voice said. I looked up to see Charlie in the doorway. His blue eyes staring at me, staring straight into my soul.

"Hey" I said starting to smile. He just ran up to me and hugged me.

"I'm so sorry Maddie. I love you" he said

"I love you too" I smiled kissing him. I suppose. We're okay again.
