Chapter 30

---------------Charlie's POV----------------

I sat on my bed on Facebook when my phone buzzed. I picked it up to see a text from Blair

'Hi boys! Guess what? Ellen's invited you to be on her show AGAIN! We go in 2 days. Hope you're prepared to spend 2 weeks together'

What? 2 days? That's not enough time to see everybody? I picked up my phone again and realised I had another text

'New message: Madds😍😘

Hey bumder. Meet me tomorrow? Wanna see you. Love you xxxxx'

I quickly typed back

'Hey dick splash. Yeah I will do. Love you too xxxxxx'

To be honest. I didn't want to see maddie. I didn't want to tell her I was leaving for 2 weeks...

¥¥¥ the next day ¥¥¥

I met up with Maddie the next day and we sat down I the grass. She watched me as I plucked parts out of it

"What's up?" She asked me

"Maddie. I'm off to America for 2 weeks. This is the last time I'm gonna see you until I get back. Then I'm at soccer six so you can't see me till 2 weeks later. That's 4 weeks Madds. A month" I said. Maddie's smile dropped

"A month to me is nothing Charlie. As long as you enjoy it it'll go so fast and we'll see each other as normal" she said. I smiled at her

"You always manage to make me smile maddie" I said. She smiled at me and kissed me

¥¥¥ the next day ¥¥¥

As me and Leo sat down on the plane my phone buzzed

'New message: Madds😍😘

Have fun in America Charl😘 I miss you already baby. See you soon. I love you so much😘 xxxxxxxx'

I felt tears in my eyes as I started to type back

'Not as much fun as I'd have with you Madds😭 I miss you too. See you in 4 weeks. I love you so much more😘😘 xxxxxxxxxxx'

I felt Leo looking over my shoulder "text Eri?" I asked him. Leo nodded

"I rang her earlier. She was crying, I was crying. I miss her so much already" he said

"Did you tell her you love her?" I asked. Leo nodded again.

--------------Maddie's POV----------------

My phone buzzed and Charlie had text me back. As I read it I felt tears in my eyes. I suddenly was quiet when I heard sobbing from Erika's room. I walked in and she was sat on her bed crying

"Eri?" I said quietly "what's wrong?" I asked wiping my eyes

"I just miss Leo so much. ALREADY!" She sobbed trying not to cry infront of me. I sat on her bed and hugged her

"I know. I miss Charlie too. But we'll see them again soon. I know it" I said. Erika's crying soon turned into a smirk

"Yeah. We will" she said reaching into her bed side table. "We fly tomorrow" she said showing me 3 boarding passes. One for me, one for her, one for our mum. And 3 tickets for the Ellen show

"We get to surprise them" Erika said smiling and wiping her eyes
