chapter twenty five

Jessica's Pov

I missed Amber so much,I never thought she would survive this long without talking to me,I guess I was wrong.

After Henry's death,man do people break down and their life changes completely, that's what happened to Amber but not in a bad way that she could become crazy,no she withdrew herself from our group, everyone and anything that mattered to her even her mother and her favorite person in the world,Eddie.

The girls always bugged me to make her return to our cheerleading group but whenever I tried she would always avoid me,never answered my call or text,I just gave up one day.

Alicia her twin was one irritating being around us,gossiping of useless things,she really had the guts to laugh at Amber in front of everyone during her mourning period instead of offering a shoulder to cry on I was really looking to the day I would punch her for her stupidity. But the day I enjoyed myself was when she pretended she was Amber and came for cheerleading practice, I had to laugh at her when she fell on her butt every time she tried our routine,oh happy times and after the practice coach Sam kicked her out.

Anyway right now am still looking for a way to get back with my best friend Amber I missed her dearly together with the girls who were melody an upcoming movie star whom we were surprised that she chose this school at the first place ,I mean its the best school ever but why couldn't she have homeschooled. Anyway this isn't her story to tell you but she was the glue to our friendship and cheerleading group in fact she was the one that made me not give up on Amber at the first place.

Then there is Candy, the most daring girl ever. Once ,she took Amber and herself to the boys locker room and when the boys were finished with there practices and headed to their locker room all I heard was boys screaming like little girls and she was heard saying.

"Boo who I've seen better godly bodies than yours," that's it she just stepped on their egos and afterwards she was dragged out of their room,and Amber who was covering her eyes just walked out still with hands on her face. So guess what!!of course boys were a little afraid of both Candy and Amber but Candy was a careless girl who never minded anything .Kimberly is our other girlfriend on our team,a quiet girl,good girl in fact who had a perfect life and grade and parents too whose father is the principal of the other neighboring highschool, sometimes I wished I had her life.

Yeah they were the most important girls in my life including Amber of course and the other cheerleaders who in the team and now we were on our break with the girls deciding on how we will approach Amber.

"What if we make the routine she did in sophomore ,sure that can get her to come back," Kimberly suggested but melody shook her head.

"No that's not convincing enough, we need something less distracting," she replied.

"What if we  kidnap her ,ran to Australia hit her head pretty hard, that way she'll get amnesia and then say we are her family and live a happily ever after life." Candy suggested and all of us giving her a horrified face was an understatement.

"You know what,you should write books with that imaginative mind of yours ,don't you think so??" I said and she laughed.

"I say we should think of Kimberly's plan more causes we may end up in jail with that plan of yours ," Melody said and candy pouted.

"I still have her number maybe I should call her now-" I started.

"No,she may not pick up,just text her let's just hope  she'll be able to come to the field after school ," Melody said and we nodded .
