I got a text back and I'm afraid to open it. I know it's Luke, I saw it. But I'm still afraid. Why am I even? It's just Luke, the guy I used to talk to.

I sighed and got myself together. Just text with him, Jimi. He's okay and alive, nothing to worry about. Text him back and have a conversation just like people do all the damn time.

It was not that hard right?

I sighed to myself. I keep telling myself that, but it's hard. Luke is important to me. It wasn't even hard to text other people and why is it hard to text Luke?

Because you like him. Yes, of course I do. He's my friend, and I care about him. That's the reason. Yes.

Okay I'm going to text him now and stop this stupid thinking in myself, it won't help me, and I need to text him. He probably wants it because he texted back. Okay, breath Jimi, breath.

I was busy with work and hanging out with my friends. We went clubbing

Lonely, being concerned..

I didn't do much more than being concerned and thinking about you.

Luke:
Aw please Jimi don't do that again! I was fine. I'll text you the next time I can't call, alright?

Me:

Tell me about your day

Luke:
Oh well, work was busy, and I was stressed. My friends were too ( we work together ) so we decided to go clubbing and drink a lot to forget about all the stuff we have to do

Luke:
So we weren't stressed anymore and we had fun and now I'm back

Me:
I'm glad that yku had fun and that you enjoyed your night Luke!

Me:
Where were you stressed about?

Me:
I mean what do you have to do that stresses you so much

Luke:
Just work

Luke:
I'm really busy with work and stuff and barely have time for myself. I never sleep, and if I can sleep I can't fall asleep. It's so annoying

But hey life sucks we all have that sometimes

And being away all the time doesn't help either

Oh I'm so sorry that you have to go through that

Luke:

Why are you always gone for work?

To do stuff, ya know

Why do I have the feeling that he doesn't want to talk to me about his work?

hey! i was so busy with school and my birthday and all that kind of stuff that i didn't have the time to write, but here it is!

i hope that y'all had a great week and will have a nice weekend! ny exams are close, sadly, so i have to study for like 3 weeks straight. ew
