• THIRTEEN •

A Week Later

Today felt really long I went to class, I worked both of my jobs, and went to a dance class. I was feeling wrecked but Kyle really wanted me to come over he's off season now so after the gym he doesn't know what to do with himself with all this free time. He called me a couple of times asking me when I'd come over so when I got home I showered, got myself ready, and had Cami drop me off. I knock on the door it's open quickly by Kyle I smile placing my hands on his stomach tiptoeing to kiss him, Kyle says "Selena, finally"

I reply " I know I'm sorry I didn't wanna come over all gross"

He tells me "stop you ain't ever gross, do you mind if we go grocery shopping my fridge is empty as hell"

I nod as he takes my book bag setting it down on his coffee table then he comes back out holding his keys I respond "wait I want more kisses"

I wrap my arms around his neck as he picks me up I peck his lips multiple times eventually moving to his cheeks. He steps onto the elevator saying "somebody missed me"

I just admire him, my man was handsome as fuck. I bite my lips reply "your so handsome I cant"

Kyle wraps his arms around my waist asking "am I gonna get this treatment all night"

I nod answering "mhmmmm"

We walk outside hopping into his car he tells me "honey sleepover tonight"?

I respond "I've gotta read like two chapter eventually tonight Bebe"

Kyle places his hand on my thigh saying "I want you in my bed tonight"

I smile leaning over whispering in his ear"you want me in your bed tonight"

He nods, I kiss his cheek replying "okay"

Kyle opens my door holding my hand as we walk into the grocery store he grabs a cart he tells me "some guy tried interviewing me today at the gym about us while I was lifting weights"

I  laugh responding "what did you do"?

He says "I just ignored him til he eventually got kicked out"

I grab a peach smelling it throwing a couple into a plastic bag I reply "a couple of days ago some guy from TMZ was asking me about you and us, questions like how long have the two of you been together and whether I thought you were gonna get rookie of the year"

Kyle tells me "I'm sorry if they've been bothering you baby I know you like privacy"

I nod responding "yeah but I'd do anything for you if I need to handle them once in a while I can do that"

He asks "I just need to know what to say, if they ask me about you do I answer honestly or do I ignore them......I don't want you denying me"

I say "it's up to you Kyle"
