Alexa's POV: 

"So if you were able to have children how many would you have?" Niklaus asked. 

We were currently sitting on the pier that was a few minutes from Nik's house playing 20 questions.. 

"2 and no more" I replied looking out onto the water, this was so relaxing. 

"Yeah same" 

We both sat in silence for about 2 minutes before I reached over and connected my lips with Niklaus', our lips began to move in sync, Niklaus ran his tongue over my bottom lip, asking for entrance in which I gladly accepted. Niklaus was the first to pull back when we both needed air, but then we went back to where we had started, next thing I knew we were both clotheless on the pier. It only then escalated from there...

------4 hours later----- 

Niklaus and I were currently walking back to the house, nudging each other now and then, last time Niklaus had nudged his shoulder into my shoulder and sent me flying into a tree, so this time I took a big run up and nudged him my hair ended up going in my face and I began to laugh, until I looked up and saw he hadn't moved an inch, "Wait was I meant to move" Niklaus burst out laughing, I stuck my bottom lip out and pretended to sulk, he stopped laughing and slung him arm around me, "Maybe next time love" I put my head down onto his shoulder, my eyelids beginning to close, but I had to keep walking so I shot them open, 

"Tired?" Niklaus asked, my mouth opened and let out a massive yawn, "I take that as a yes" and with that he picked me up bridal style, I snuggled my head into the crook of his neck, his cologne flowing up my nose caused me to sigh in relief, then my eyelids began to close, I listened to his strong heartbeat fill through my ears, it was music to my ears. then blackness... 

Klaus' POV: 

I watched her fall asleep in my arms, damn I could get used to this, she's so perfect. The moment was ruined when I felt something vibrate in my pocket, I couldn't even reach it, so I stopped and sat down slowly, making sure Alexa wouldn't wake up, so I leant her against my chest and got my phone out

Elijah is Ringing... 

"Hey what's up?" I said through the phone. 

"Where are you Niklaus?" There was a hint of urgency in his voice. 

"I'm just at the forest before the house"

"Is Alexa with you?" Elijah asked

"Yeah why?" 

"Stay there" and with that he hung up.

Right then somethings up. 

"Alexa" I whispered slightly nudging her. 

"Mmm?" She groaned

"I need you to wake up love" 

"Whyyy" She pushed her head deeper into my arm

"Because I need to keep you safe and to do that you need to be awake" I chuckled. 

"Why what's going on?" her raspy voice asked. 

"I'm not sure yet" I answered honestly. 

"Okay, well let's go check then" 

"Are you mad? No!" I practically yelled, "Did you not hear me say 'I need to keep you safe" 

"Yeah I heard I just-" She paused before taking off into a run, "But you're gonna have to follow me first if you wanna keep me safe" she shouted back, my legs finally moved and I was sprinting towards her, 

"You do realise how much danger you could be in by doing this" I yelled. 

"Yeah that's the whole point" I laughed, knowing that's exactly what she would say. 

I listened out for any heartbeats that could indicate that someone was near, 3 heartbeats, Alexa and I's, WAIT 3?

"Alexa stop" I said in a near whisper, I was surprised she heard me, because when she stopped she looked genuinely worried.

"Nik what's wrong" She rushed to my side. 

"Listen" I simply said.

"What?" 

"Listen" I repeated, she seemed to be tuning her ears in, when her face dropped. 

"3?" She asked shocked. 

"Yeah" I said slowly

"Am I pregnant?" 

"No impossible" I said.

"HOW? WE LITERALLY JUST" 

"That was like 5 Hours ago and we're vampires so impossible" 

"Actually, we both weren't vampires first, were we?" she said then paused, "and it's happened before..." then it all clicked. 

"Oh shit yeah" I gasped, we did. 

"OH SHIT YEAH, IS THAT ALL YOU CAN SAY?!" She began to get angry. 

"No Alexa, I didn't mean it like that, you know what I mean" 

"YEAH I DO, you don't want any of this do you?" her voice cracked.

"OFCOURSE I DO, ALL I'VE EVER WANTED WAS A CHILD, BUT WE CAN'T BE CERTAIN" 

"WELL IF IT JUST HAPPENS TO I'LL JUST LEAVE AND THEN YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY"

"What's going on here?" Elijah came out from behind a tree, "What happened to being safe, I could literally hear you from the house" 

"Yeah whatever" I grunted, beginning to walk away, 

"Alexa, what happened" Elijah asked. I spun around and looked at Alexa, hoping she wouldn't tell him, she can't not again..

"I'm pregnant" She said, "Again"
