Walking down the stairs with a small smile on her face, she gave Glen a small smile. "Thanks for today. I can't thank you enough." She told him. Only Warren would stay the night in the guest room. No one knew that the kids were here and he would keep watch over them tonight. Charlotte was going to share her bed as Arthur and George wanted to have a boy's sleepover. And they wanted no little girls around when they did it.

The two top bedrooms were filled with boxes and stuff from Louisa had used it as a room. "My pleasure, you've done a brilliant job at it, raising our son," he told her, wanting her to know how proud he was of her for doing it all. How much he loved and admired her for basically doing it all on her own.

"You have no idea how much I appreciate you letting me get to know him. I can only keep apologising for not being here for you guys earlier." He told her as he took her hand in his. The regret and hurt in his voice evident in his voice.

She'd realised after having a chat with Kate that morning during fitting that he truly couldn't know about it if they had kept it form him.

Slowly but surely she was starting to realise after the afternoon of watching him with their son and his two friends that he was still the same person she'd gotten to know in Greece.

The sweet, caring, loving, amazing kind man who'd stolen her heart. Each moment it was getting harder and harder to say no to her traitorous heart.

Their romance in Greece had happened over a little of 4 weeks and it appeared that things weren't going to go any slower at this point. But this time she wouldn't allow it to happen though. She'd allowed him in getting to know his son, let him be a part of Arthur's life. But she couldn't give in too what those two blue were trying to convey to her. She couldn't give in to her heart wanting to be with him, that she still loved him with all her heart and body.

Her body alone had lit up from just being around him. She hadn't been with anyone in the last five years and she hadn't had much experience, to begin with. When was she supposed to do that after all? She was caught up raising her son, her work kept her more than a little occupied and then there was the fact that no one measured u to the man who already held her heart in his hands.

He was only her second guy and she'd only done it four times with the jerk of a guy before that. A big asshole if she ever knew one. She'd broken it off when she discovered he smoked pod. Whenever she went back to her hometown he'd still try and harass her. Corner her if she went anywhere alone during the annual fair she tried to attend each year. If she was anywhere in the centre of her hometown and he saw her he'd be there.

"A wise woman reminded me this morning that if you were truly the person I fell in love with in Greece. That you would have been here the second you knew." She told him with a fond smile, remembering the conversation she'd had that morning. "Kate?" he asked her as she nodded her head with a smile.

"She's a great woman, once she allows you to get to know her. I've had the pleasure and honour of being one of those," she told with a shrug of her shoulders and tilt of her head.

"Remind me to thank her," he told her with a smile, he had only seen her shortly this time. Everything he knew about her was through Kate and it was still hard to come to terms with Kate and the Duchess. But he was more than grateful for what she was doing. He was delighted that he may have a very unexpected person in his corner, rooting for them.
