Thanks for your patience, it's been crazy busy and I hadn't really thought about posting a new chapter. I hope the wait will have been worth it, please enjoy the new chapter.

"Do I look okay?" Kate asked, running her hands over the skirt of Lilac gown she had on. how they'd figured that she was pregnant was beyond her, she'd simply been sat in her dressing gown, like they always did when getting ready for something. Beatrice was the culprit asking why she wasn't joining in with the Champagne going around. They hadn't believed her excuse that she wanted to be careful today for tomorrow's party at all.

Then Eugenie had pointed out that she'd put on a bit of a stomach, a shared look between Catherine and Kate and the news was out. "you're pregnant?" a very heavily pregnant Zara had questioned, looking at Kate. she'd been sat there blushing like a damn teenage school girl being scolded for coming home pregnant.

"I am." she'd confirmed, they were her family, she couldn't lie to them. they'd been sworn to secrecy though and the one to rep a word about it would be going to the wedding with a blue shin the next day.

"Why didn't you say anything before?" Autumn asked her from where she'd been sitting on the bed. "I've just passed my 8 week mark. I didn't want to say anything before the 12th week mark." she pointed out as Zara nodded her head in understanding, she'd lost two babies due to a miscarriage last year. All understood why you waited for the 12th week, they were an incredible close bunch and shared a lot with each other.

"We won't say anything, but people will notice when you're not drinking champagne with us tomorrow." Meghan pointed out after they'd made sure that yes she was happy even if it was completely unplanned and it wouldn't dent the plans for the wedding next year. All of which they wanted to be involved with in matter of planning. She better give Glen a bit of fair warning about that, this crazy bunch had a tendency to go overboard. But then again, she only got married once, didn't she?

"How about?" Catherine started, twirling the glass of ginger ale in her flute as Kate gave her a waiting and cautious look. "Sound the alarm, we might have an earthquake if she thinks any harder." Kate teased her as a brush flew her way and laughter could be heard down the hallway where the man had been leaving to get ready themselves.

"We ask the waiters to not have one but two pairs of flutes ready with Ginger ale. it looks like champagne, no one will give it a second thought." Catherine finally said as they eyed her glass. when Eugenie put her flute of Champagne beside it, the difference was hardly noticeable. "Sounds like a plan. I'll tell the waiters before tomorrow. That way anyone will be obvious to it. I'll even let them know before dinner now." Meghan noted as she left the room and headed for the kitchens, Kate was already drinking it, so no one would think twice about it. With that the plan had been put in motion and after Meghan had come back with the promise things were taking care off. They had probably figured out why, but they were discreet and liked Kate a lot.

When they finally emerged from the room in their gowns, the man were left stunned. Certainly Glen, he'd never seen her in a gown of any sort like this as she headed up to him and pecked his lips. "You look stunning Love." he whispered, looking her up and down as she grinned at him. "Thanks." she whispered as they followed the bunch down to the smaller dining room where they were sat to have dinner. "You don't look so bad yourself." she grinned at him as she eyed him in his tuxedo.

"Love?" Glen asked her as he noticed her taking a flute handed to her by the waiter as he gave her a knowing look. "Don't worry, we've got it all figured." she whispered to Glen as he gave her a wary look. "The girls figured it out when I wasn't sharing in the Champagne, they pointed out that if they noticed so would others. It's ginger ale, diluted, it has the same colour and no one will be the wiser unless they take a sip from it." Kate explained in a reassuring tone as she gave his hand a small squeeze as they all mingled before sitting down at the table.
