"i-i'm fine, captain. i can go home by myself." emily pouted tugging on jacob's jacket that's placed on her head because of the rain.

jacob pressed her tightly into him protecting her from getting wet, "just.. just shut up and tell me where your house is." he said.

what a good timing for not bringing my car.

he smirked to himself knowing that since he's soaking wet, emily will probably let him stay for awhile and dry himself.

and probably meet her parents and make a good impression, right?

"there's our house!" emily giggled as she pointed.

jacob looked up to where emily pointed and there he saw a woman with an umbrella waiting infront of her house.

that must be her mom.

he thought.

before they could make it infront her house, emily let go of jacob's hold and ran to her mom and hugged her.

"oh, emily look at your skirt!" her mom scolded looking at the young girl's clothes that was wet and stained with mud spots.

"i'm sorry, momma." she said looking down opening the white door walking inside.

her mom looked at jacob and smiled and he did in return, "thank you for bringing my baby home, that's so gentle of you." she smiled.

"that's my pleasure. she cheered me up after i lose my basketball game." jacob said and emily's mom nodding.

her face lit up, "how about you enter the house and dry yourself and wait for the rain to stop? i can prepare chocolate milk and lend you clothes." emily's mom asked and jacob quickly nodded getting chills because he was only wearing his basketball jersey.

"thank you mrs-"

"elise. please call me elise." the nice woman walked in and handed him a towel and white shirt and shorts. the lad quickly wrapping the towel into himself and sniffed.

"emi's room is upstairs, you can go." elise gave a reassuring look.

he walked upstairs, there were three doors and emi's room is so obvious.

the door is baby pink colored and written on it was "litle emi's room!" with emily's obvious hand writing on it. jacob smiled at the misspelled word but shrugged it off as he thought it was really cute.

he gently knocked at the door while he heard whispering inside, the whispering stopped as jacob took another knock again.

emily opened it looking up with a poker face and after she realized it was the team captain she adored, she squealed in happiness jumping up and down as she hugged the teen boy.

"ah! you're soaky! dont hug little emi with wet clothes!" she complained playfully pushing jacob to the visitor's bathroom.

"there, take a warm bath so i can hug you!" she giggled and closed the door rushing back into her room.

"olaf! olaf! didn't you see him!?" emily screamed grabbing her stuffed snowman called olaf that was sitting on the tea party playset.

"that's jacob! the cute boy that i told you who took me home a while ago!!" she chirped twirling around landing herself on her soft bed messing her stuff toys on the bed because of the overwhelming happiness jacob just made her be.

soon her door opened, she noticed jacob standing there with wet hair.

"aaaahh!" emi screamed realizing that she's a bad guest.

she stood up awkwardly fixing her stuffies on the bed and setting olaf back on the playset.

"w-welcome back, adorable captain!" she said and hugged him.

"you really have a.. nice room." jacob complimented as he scanned the room.

"before you proceed inside little emily's wonderland, you need to know the rule and deets!"

"..rule one. captain jakie isnt allowed to say that mrs. pink bear's tea doesn't taste good because she will feel bad." the little said pointing to the pink bear that's infront of a stove playset and a kettle on it's lap.

".. rule two. make sure captain jakie doesn't run out of gossips.. because little emily loves gossips while she sips her teas."

jacob chuckled listening to every detail the girl , he loves the way she speaks with her soft voice and the way her face lights up when she introduces her stuffed toys. she's a star in jacob's eyes.

she's gonna be the death of me.
