Chapter 10

Elena's POV

Louis ran quickly towards me. I thought if I pretend that their compulsion worked then I could get home and phone the cops. So I shouted, "Who are you?! Let me go home!" Louis smirked at the boys who gave him a scared look in return. Louis let me go and I ran out the house and went home. I thought, 'Wow One Direction are stupid.' I felt a sudden gush of wind pass me. I stopped running and looked around. I turned forward and saw Louis in front of me chuckling. He said,

"Now now Elena. It's not nice to lie." I gulped loudly and said,

"W-who are you? Let me go home!"

"Don't act dumb Elena. You know who I am!" The next thing I knew was that I was up against a tree with Louis' body pushed up a against mine. I said,

"L-Louis. Please. Stop!" I tried pushing him off me but he stood there smirking showing off his fangs. He looked me in the eyes and they were still pitch black, which meant he was still a shadow. I tilted my head upwards. Big mistake. He put his head against my neck and started kissing it. I repeated over and over again trying to put my head down but his head was in the way. He then started grazing my neck with his fangs. Isaid,

"Louis stop now!" He chuckled against my neck and bit down. Instead of drinking my blood he put something into me. I felt a sudden sharp pain. I screamed and fell to the floor. I cried and asked Louis,

"P-please help Louis!" He sighed and pushed me against a tree. He sucked out the venom. I felt someone pull me away from Louis and I collapsed in their arms. I looked at Louis who was getting held back by.... The Wanted? But there were only 4 out of 5 holding him. I suddenly realised that I was getting held by 1 of them. Louis was ring to fight off The Wanted. He was shouting my name and I was shouting his. I felt a lot better now so I got up and turn to face the person who was holding me. It was Nathan Sykes. He had gold eyes. I knew there and then that he was a vampire. I punched him in the face and ran to Louis. The rest of The Wanted had tied him up with vervain covered ropes. They tried holding me back bit I was angry so I punched them in the face. I went to untie Louis when I heard bones breaking behind me. I hesitantly turn around to see The Wanted turn into wolves. I said,

"I thought they were vampires." To Louis. He replied saying,

"They are half vampire half werewolf. They are called hybrids. Now untie me!" I turned towards Louis and quickly untied him. I knew he was nice, caring Louis because he had blue eyes not black eyes. He went upto them but before he could do anything they bit him.they ran away when I rushed to Louis to see that he was fine.

Louis' POV

I ran upto The Wanted. I tried to kill them but before I could do anything they bit me. I knew there and then that I was going to die. I heard Elena running towards me. The boys had already ran off. I pretended to be fine when Elena was beside me. I picked her up bridal style and ran home. When we got inside we got bombarded in hugs. I took Elena into her bedroom and tucked her into bed. I went downstairs. The boys were in the living room. I went in there and said,

"Guys, we need to talk." I then showed them the marks. They gasped. They said,

"We are going to Katy right now!"
