I inched towards her and pulled the mask off slowly

Wow her skin is glowing, this spa day really did wonders

"Change and come out the team wants to meet you" I said and she looked confused
"Here" I tossed her clothes at her and walked outside.
"Is Fade's look alike really in there?"

"Do they really look alike?"
Questions from the officers where thrown at me and I cocked my gun making them to roll their eyes
"Fine we'll stop bugging you" they said and I smirked

I heard the door open and Made came out from the bathroom earning a gasp from all the officers. Brad walked towards her and stared in disbelief
"Fade?" He asked and she looked confused before shaking her head
"I am Made, but preferable Ade" she said and Brad shook his head
"Lair" he whispered before attempting to grab her
"Fucking lair" he yelled and I held him back
"Brad calm the hell down" I said and he pushed me back and grabbed her roughly
"Get over your façade Fade and confess to all your crimes" he said and she stared at him
"How dare you?" She whispered before glaring at him
"How dare you!?" She yelled before pushing him off her. He was about to charge at her again but I held him back
"Get a hold of yourself Man!" I said and shook him
"Yes officer Brad" Selene said and he turned to her
"You don't know anything Selene!" He said harshly and I turned him back to me
"Don't you yell at my daughter Brandon" I said and Selene spoke up
"No matter what Fade took from you, I'm sure you still have your mom" she said and walked out of the room

I followed her as she walked out of the room and held her hand
"Made I'm so sorry I expected them to see you as a development to catching the actual Fade, I didn't mean for this to happen" I said and she removed my hand
"After yesterday, I planned to never have contact with you" she said and jabbed her finger at my chest
"But today I just had to talk to Selene" she said and laughed making me to fear her sanity
"Why?" She asked and glared at me
"Because you can't just help hurting your daughter" she said and jabbed her finger in my chest between each word
"Don't create a situation where I have to talk to Selene, Davis" she said and I held her hands
"Made please"
"No!" She yelled and started sobbing
"I didn't kill anyone, I am not Fade! I didn't do anything wrong, so please just leave me alone" she sobbed and I sighed
"Made please just listen" I begged and cleaned the tears from her face
"We need you for the investigations please" I said and she laughed
"I expected foreign officers to be better, but I guess I was wrong" she said and ran away

I took out my phone to call Selene and cussed when it rang from the room

I was about to redial when Esther's call popped up

"Hi Esther" I said after I picked the call
"Davis you need to come here now,I don't know what to do Davis" she sobbed

"The girl's bathroom, upstairs" she said and I hung up. I rushed to the last floor and opened the door before staring wide eyed

"Don't touch me you bitch" Selene said and I traced the blood to the cubicle it was coming from
"Selene let me help you" Esther said and when I opened the door my heart broke at the sight

Selene and Esther were struggling with a razor and Selene had cuts on her arms.
"What happened here?" I asked and Esther turned to me
"Thank God you're here Davis, Selene's cutting herself " she sobbed

"Selene, is this true?" I asked and she didn't look at me.

I snatched the razor from her hand and carried her
"Please come with me Esther" I said and ran towards the room. I felt her pulse and it was dropping making fear to coarse through my body

"Esther what is the emergency help line for your country?"

"112" she said
"Dial it quickly" I yelled and she brought out her phone and began tapping. I tore my shirt, used it to tie the cut on her wrist and used the remaining to clean the scratches on her arm
"Please a lady need help she has a cut to her wrist and is bleeding profusely" she said and listened to the other end
"Yes" she answered
"Thank You please be quick"

I cradled her body and felt tears of my own on my cheeks

I'm so sorry Selene.

I'm so sorry Tobi, I failed you and our daughter.
"Dad" she croaked out and I looked at her
"Save your strength Selene" I said and she coughed
"I'm sorry dad" she said while crying
"Shhh, you'll be fine" I said trying to assure myself and pecked her forehead. Esther stood beside me as we heard a siren from the distance. Esther's phone rang and she answered it
"Yes, we are on the fifth floor" she spoke and I heard footsteps before seeing medics everywhere. They rushed and tried to collect Selene but she held onto me
"Dad I don't want to go to the hospital" she sobbed and I kissed her
"Sh they just want to help you okay?" I said and she nodded before letting go of me. The medics removed the soaked shirt from her wrist and poured disinfectant on it making Selene to scream

I can't watch this

I felt Esther intertwine our finger and I squeezed her's for comfort. They rushed Selene downstairs and Esther and I were hot on their trail. They kept her on a bed in the ambulance and I sat beside her, and Esther beside me before they drove towards an hospital.
