I ran away from Davis and entered my room before slamming the door shut
"Why don't you break the door" Kemi said and I glared daggers at her making her to get angry
"I am your senior in this choir Ade and I expect you to give me the respect I deserve" she yelled and I turned to her and smiled through tears
"That's the point Kemi, I am giving you exactly the kind of respect that you deserve" I replied and she stood up from her bed
"Take that back right now"

"Why will I do that?" I asked and stepped towards her
"Because you said so?" I asked again and she stared at me in disbelief
"That what I thought" I said and turned towards the bathroom when I felt something hit my back.

I am not in the mood for anything thing

I turned around and saw her chorister's hat making me to smirk
"So you want a sing off" I said and laughed

She doesn't stand a chance

"If I win" she started and sat on her bed
"You have to forfeit your position in the choir for good" she said and crossed her leg.

I picked up her hat and wore it signalling that I agree to her terms
"Good, tomorrow at 4pm" she said and was about to walk away when I held her back
"Hold on a minute dynamite, if I win" I said and adjusted her hat on my head
"I get your phone" I said and she laughed
"You're so poor you can't afford a phone" she said and I smirked
"Yes actually I can't, unlike you I am an orphan" I stated and graced the bathroom with my presence.

She made a big mistake giving me her hat. Unlike her I am not dumb.

I had my bath and changed into my pajamas before walking out and seeing Jay

God not now

I ignored his presence and went to my bed before hearing a sigh and feeling my bed dip
"What are you doing?" I asked as he reached for Kemi's hat
"I'm taking what doesn't belong to you" he said and I sat up
"Until I loose or win the duel it belongs to me" I stated as a matter of fact and he sighed
"Your rudeness to your superiors will no longer be tolerated" he said and I stood up
"My rudeness? I didn't even approach her so how was I being rude?" I asked and he sighed
"Give me the hat Made" Jay said and  I laughed before turning to Kemi
"Are you so afraid of loosing to me that you sent your Reverend to take back the challenge you gave me?"

"Oluwamademi!" Jay yelled and I glared at him. He took the hat and tossed it back at Kemi before turning to me
"If you try to take that hat back you're out of the choir for good" he said and I rolled my eyes

Jay never has my back like he has Kemi's

I stood up and he mirrored my action before holding me
"Don't test me Made" he said and I yanked my arm away. I walked to my box and opened it before taking my hat out
"Made don't you dare" Jay threatened And I tossed the hat at Kemi
"I Oluwamadelemilori challenge you, same time, same place, same forfeits" I said and Jay held my shoulders
"Made what have you done!?" He yelled and I turned to him
"If you can't support your own girlfriend then don't call me" I said and everyone gasped making Jay to be pale
"What are you talking about Made?" He asked and looked at the ground
"I don't have a girlfriend"

Wow

Is he breaking up with me?

Don't cry Made, just suck it up and walk away
"I guess you don't" I said and walked away. I waited outside hoping he'd come, tell me how sorry he is, hug me and try to make up for it but none of that happened.

"Oh my God" I sobbed and stared at the wooden door willing it to open but it didn't. I turned around and walked into the music room before shutting the door and collapsing on the ground.

He denied me in front of everyone

He made a fool out of me.

I sobbed into my palms for God knows how long and stopped when there was no tears left to cry. I looked at my reflection in the mirror and laughed
"All for a guy Made your eyes are red"

Stupid emotions

I stood up and walked back to the room before hiding  under the covers of my bed. The room phone rang and I sighed when no one made a move to pick it
"Hello"
"Good evening, is this Made?"
"Who's asking?" I asked and she sighed
"Mr Mahone" she said and I felt my anger flare up
"Tell him I'm busy" I lied and she sighed
"He says its important"

Must I be so nice!?

"Fine connect me to him" I said and a loud beep was heard
"Made I know you don't want to talk to me right now but its not about me, its about Selene" he said and I sat up
"What happened to her?"
"She has been admitted Made, she's not talking to anyone" he said and I sighed
"What's the name of the hospital?" I asked and changed into a white tee shirt and skirt with socks and a canvass
"Our saviour's" he said and I knew it immediately
"Okay I'm on my way" I hung up without waiting for a reply and turned to Bola
"I may be late tonight, tell Esther not to wait up for me" I said and she nodded.

I walked out of the room and scowled when I saw Jay and Kemi

Okay Made, just ignore their presence.

As I was walking, minding my own business I felt someone hold me and I turned to see Jay staring at me apologetically
"Where are you going Made?, its almost 6:00 pm" he asked and I removed his hand
"I don't see how that concerns you" I spat and he sighed
"Come let's talk about it" he said and I removed his hand
"I am very busy right now so no" I replied and he sighed
"Mademi please"

Rubbish and nonsense! Exactly how easy does he think I am?

I ignored him and walked out of the hotel room with him following me closely
