Don't get me wrong, I'm totally psyched that people want Choji and Gaara to be happy.... but with each other? They're so not compatible at all! Besides, Choji is canonically heterosexual and wants a woman that will cook for him. Gaara has a penis and I don't believe that he's ever cooked a day in his life... XD
Just imagine the Kazekage in the kitchen, wearing an apron, and trying to make something simple like a salad. He rage quits and uses his sand to crush it, instead opting for veggie smoothies.
