7:jealous softie

Jimin was on his way home when he got a call from Jin. curious, he answered it.

" hello?" 

" Jimin where are you?" 

Jimin flinched at the sudden concerned voice from his Jin, he slowly answered.

" im on the way home, why?"

" your mom is in the hospital, come now, be fast , her room is 1006, see you there".

" wait hyung-" Jimin got cut off by the line ending. Jimin was scared and worried , his mom is in the hospital, bad thoughts came across Jimin's mind which made him to slap himself for thinking such things. Jimin ran as fast as he could and took a bus to the hospital, right there Jimin wished for Taehyung's hand to hold.

" where can i find room number 1006 please?" Jimin asked one of the hospital nurse.

" just turn left over there, its the first door you see." The nurse kindly spoke while pointing the direction .Jimin thanked the nurse and jogged to the room. without knocking he immediately slide open the door, the first thing he saw was his mom laying on her bed, laughing with Jin. Jimin let out a sigh of relief , his mom was okay and she wasn't hurt like how he imagined.

" MOM!" jimin yelled as he ran towards her, engulfing her in a hug.

" son!, im glad you came- yah you dont have to cry, im okay sweetheart " Mrs. Park said while wiping her sons tear with her thumb.

" Mom what happened?? are you sick? I told you not to stress yourself out, i'll do the chores from now!" jimin said all of this so quickly with tears pouring out of his eyes, he hated seeing people he love sick or hurt, he can't help himself when he starts crying, it just pours out and doesnt stop even if he wanted too. seeing his mom there in the hospital made jimin hurt, other than his mom and brother, he hates seeing his friends getting hurt as well, escpecially Taehyung.

" Yah Park Jimin, get yourself together, im okay, i was just crossing the road until a bike almost hit me-" Jimin winced "- But lucky me , your friend saved me" Mrs. Park smiled brightly you could almost see the same eye smile jimin had on her . Jimin was confused, his friends? who?

" which friend mom ?" Jimin curiously asked.

" Oh that one friend that does weird faces all the time" Jimins heart skipped a beat, no one else does weird faces other than-suddenly a tall brown hair boy pop out from behind the curtains, Jimins jaw dropped, not literally, but you could see it go down. There stood Taehyung, with a bandage wrapped around his left arm, showing off his box smile which made Jimin get butterflies. 

" T-Taehyung?" Jimin stuttered , still surprised.

" Yah minnie, get yourself together, your mom is fine, i saved her , seeeee" Taehyung said while gesturing towards Mrs. Park who was silently giggling at how cute Tae was. Jimin without hesitant , ran over and gave Tae a huge bear hug. Tae was surprised at first but soon melted into his arms, inhaling his sweet strawberry scent and for some strange reason Tae wondered if Jimins lips tasted like it too. The boys were so deep into the hug that jin had to fake a really bad cough to make them realise that there are still humans watching them in here. The boys moved away from each other awkwardly but not to far.

" You boys go home first, Jin's here to take care of me, i'll be back home tomorrow or if you're lucky enough, maybe tonight" Mrs. Park warmly smiled, Jin has always been with Jimin ever since he was 12 and Jimin was 9. Jin was like a second mom to jimin, always there to take care of him and advice and care for him, just like a mom and Jimin was always thankful for having him here. 

" go and get some rest Min, You to Tae" Jin said while tucking in  mrs. Park . Jimin and Tae nodded approvingly, they both gave Mrs. Park a hug and waved at Jin before exiting the door.Jimin looked up at Tae who was walking next to him and secretly intertwined his fingers with his. Tae flinched at the sudden coldness from jimins fingers but then tugged them into the pockets of his hoodie.

" ooo Tae your hands are really warm" Jimin cutely said while going closer to Tae for more warmth. Tae immediately wrapped his arms around Jimin and they walked out together home.
