Real Life. Finale Part One.

Sebastian's Condo

"Oh my god, your face!" Harow walked over to me as I sat at the kitchen island of Sebastian's house. "You said you were fine!"
I shook my head to escape her hands, "I am fine. I am extremely fine. I just got scratched by something."
"You have a black eye!"
"It is not that bad." I smiled back at her.
Harlow glared back at me, "Have you talked to Chris?"
"Not really, I had Charlie talk to him. I haven't been ok all week." I said back to her.
Harlow walked around the island, "Brooklyn? What happened this week?"
I glanced up at her, "I just think that all of this is becoming too much."
"What part?"
"All of it. The crap with Theo and Scarlett. It is like none of it will stop." I ran my finger around the rim of my glass.
Harlow dropped her eyes from me, "You worry about him still?"
"He got into our place. He knows where Chris lives. He is dating Scarlett. He won't leave me alone."
Harlow crossed her arms, "I am sorry."
"I don't want you to be. I want a clear direction on what I need to do with my life."
"Chris, you have Chris."
"But for how long? I mean look around. I am living in Seb's place because of what happened to Chris's place."
"Things are gonna get better. It will all end up how it should." Harlow smiled back at me.
"I just feel like something isn't going to be ok." I said back to her.
Harlow narrowed her eyes back at me, "You wanna yell at me?"
"What about?"
"I still haven't told Sebastian about the baby."
"YOu what?"
"Perfect.."
"Why not what is going on?"
"I mean he said that thing the other day. He doesn't want kids."
"On the outside yea, but I mean if you tell him about the baby..."
"Luca."
"What?" I looked back at her confused.
"It's gonna be a boy. His name is Luca."
I started to grin at her, "I am gonna be an aunt!"
Harlow nodded her head smiling back at me. "Yea you are!"
I jumped up heading for her, "Harlow! This is amazing!"
Harlow laughed back at me when I put my hands on her stomach, "There is a baby in there."
Harlow grinned down at me when she stepped back from me.
"Harlow, you ok?" I said standing up looking at her.
Harlow kept her eyes forward.
I turned around to see him standing in the doorway.
"Hello baby, you miss me?"
My eyes got wide as he moved toward us.

Los Angeles International Airport

Chris checked his phone for the time.
"You know, just walking away from work, is not smart."
Chris turned around to see Sebastian heading over to him, "What are you doing?"
"Filming was on hold for the weekend." Sebastian said pushing his hat up from his eyes. "Plus you think I am gonna let you come home alone?"
"I was kinda hoping. I would like your apartment alone for the weekend with the only person that seems to be ignoring."
Sebastian looked back at him. "You want to fuck her in my place all weekend?"
"I was kinda hoping that." Chris pushed his aviators back up his nose.
"God, I hate you." Sebastian commented back when the car showed up to the curb.
"Hey, have you talked to Harlow?" Chris tossed his bag into the back seat as Sebastian did the same.
"A little, she said she has seen Brooklyn."
"Good or bad?" Chris asked pulling away from the pick up curb.
"They are just at the house. Haven't heard from her since."
Chris nodded his head back at Sebastian.
"You going to talk to her?"
"About what?"
"That ring that is pulling your pants down."
"I don't want things forced. Me and her deserve a lot more."
Sebastian glanced over at him, "You ok?"
"I don't know, something just seems off."
Sebastian narrowed his eyes when his phone went off.

Sebastian's Condo

"What are you doing here?" I asked stepping in front of Harlow.
Theo narrowed his eyes as he walked toward us, "I have been wanting to talk to you. But you keep ignoring me."
"There is literally a piece of paper that says you are not allowed near me!" I shouted back at him when my hand touched Harlow's stomach.
I felt something kick me back.
"Low, I have you." I whispered back to her.
"Brooklyn!" Harlow stumbled back when something hit me in the side.
I cried out in pain as the second blow took me to the ground.
"You think this was going to be something happy? That you could be happy without me?"
"Brooklyn!" Harlow cried out for me.
I looked back at her.
I could only see him.
I could only see Luca.
My eyes got wide when Harlow rushed at Theo.
"No!" I shouted at her.
Harlow grabbed him back the back of the head.
Theo groaned out as they went back from me.
I wanted to get up but my side was on fire.
Theo turned around grabbing Harlow by the throat. "You stupid bitch. You think you can take me on? You think that you are gonna be able to handle me? She could never handle me!"
I got up from the ground when his eyes went black.
His behavior shifted.
"You don't deserve to be happy!" Theo tossed her back.
Harlow hit the island with a groan.
"OH god." My breathing caught as her body slowly went to the floor.
My stomach sunk, "Harlow!"
Theo walked toward me kicking me in the face.
I went back across the hardwood feeling my cheekbone break.
"You are mine. This is between us."
I blinked a few times trying to see her.
Trying to catch a glimpse of her.
"Harlow..."
"Hopefully, she is dead. Just like what I am about to do to you." Theo pointed the bat at my stomach. "You think you can start over? Start again without me?"
I looked down at my stomach.
I followed the bat up to his eyes, "You thought it was me."
"It is always you. It will always come back you." Theo stood over me.
"It wasn't me. It wasn't me!" I shouted throwing my body into his.
He slammed down on the hardwood as I heard barking.
I grabbed his head slamming it into the floor.
His knee came up hitting me in the back.
I went to the right with another sharp pain.
Theo glared back at me.
I found his eyes in the darkness of the living room.
"All this time Brooklyn, all the lies." Theo slowly came up from the floor.
"That wasn't my choice."
"You had one job. Go kill my father. But yet, you walked into my room and fell in love with me."
"You were just another part of the job."
"You love me. And you can't stop loving me."
I pushed myself up from the floor as blood dripped from my lip, "I never loved you. I loved the job."
Theo rushed at me as I slid across the hardwood tripping him up. I spun around taking the bat from his grip.
Theo stumbled down with a little laugh escaping his lips.
I jumped to my feet with the bat in my hands.
"You always thought you were gonna outdo me." Theo laughed turning back to me.
I peeked back at Harlow.
She wasn't moving.
She was just there.
My bottom lip started to tremble.
"Afraid you just killed her?"
"I didn't kill her." I hardened my grip on the bat. "I never will kill her."
"Really, not even with the words?"
My eyes got wide.
"Alpha..."
My breathing started to become harsh.
"Beta."
I shook my head back at him.
"Omega."
I shouted back at him swinging the bat at him.
Theo groaned out as the bat struck him across the face.
I pulled the bat back as blood dripped from the end, "You will never control me!"
I was about to drop the bat again when his voice broke me.
It broke me.
It pulled me back.
"Brooklyn!"
I stumbled back dropping the bat.
Blood stained my hands.
It had always stained my hands.
But he now saw it.
He saw who I really am.
"Babe, what the hell did you do?" Chris asked stepping into the room.
I shook my head heading for Harlow.
"Low, Low?" I shouted waving Chris away from me.
I grabbed her turning her over to me.
Her eyes were closed.
I put my hand on her stomach, "Luca...."
"Babe! What the hell happened?"
"Call the police." I finally got out.
Chris bent down to me, "Baby, what happened?"
"Theo..." I turned around as he was there.
Holding the bat above us.
"You will never have happiness!" Theo shouted out.
Chris stumbled to his feet when the grunt echoed through the room like thunder.
I placed my body over Harlow as the glass scattered back to us.
Chris went back on the hardwood.
Theo slammed down on the patio with a solid thump.
Sebastian landed next to him with a groan.
Theo smiled over at him with blood covering his teeth, "It comes back to haunt you."
Sebastian rolled over with a piece of glass sticking out of his cheek. "You don't know our kind."
"She can break. Only say it." Theo laughed at him.
"You can't break her. You will never break her." Sebastian said putting his knees on Theo's arms pinning them down. "She isn't yours to break."
Theo nodded his head as Sebastian's fist came down.
One blow after another.
The sound of breaking bone surrounded them.
Chris watched as Sebastian screamed out after taking Theo's head through the concrete.
Chris's brows came together as thunder clapped above them.
Sebastian stood up with blood dripping from his hands.
"Harlow?" I cried into her neck. "No, don't do this to me."
Sebastian walked over to me, "Brooke?"
"Call the hospital. We don't have time." I looked up at him.
Sebastian saw the blood. "Why is she bleeding like that?"
I put her arm around my shoulder, "We have to get her to the hospital."
"Brooklyn!" Sebastian shouted back at me.
I stopped at the door as Chris took her body from me, "She is pregnant."
The word landed on his shoulders like I just tossed the world on it.
His face broke the mold.
He snapped from that world to hers.
Every emotion that could ran across his face.
But fear.
That one sat on his brows like humpty dumpty.
"We gotta go!" Chris shouted back to us.
I shook my head as my throat got tight. "I let her down. I didn't protect her."
Sebastian stood in the living room as Chris was out the front door with Harlow's lifeless body.

The nurses rushed her into the back leaving us in the lobby watching the doors swing back and forth.
I stood in the lobby with blood dripping from my hands.
I couldn't tell whose blood it was anymore.
Mine.
Hers.
His.
It was all fading into one.
"You ever think about our lives?"
I glanced back at her as i put the chinese takeout container back on the coffee table.
"Like in 5 years, do you think we will be married with kids?"
"No, because I am sure that will be your life in 5 years." i smiled back at her.
"You ever think he is gonna be my knight in shining armour?"
"I don't know, how do you picture him?"
"Tall, dark hair, bright eyes. And a smile that will make me weak."
"Seems like you have already meet him."
"I don't know but I feel like i have in another life." harlow grinned back at me. "Just someone who is going to save me one day. My knight in shining armour."
I smiled back at her putting more rice on my plate.
Chris was covered in hers.
His face was dotted with spots.
She woke up in the car crying out in pain.
She wanted us to save him.
She needed us to save him.
Chris glanced back at me.
He didn't say a word.
He didn't know what to say.
None of us did.
It was all coming apart.
Chris walked back to the chairs taking a seat.
I stood there.
A nurse asked me if I needed help.
I pushed her away.
Harlow.
This was on me.
This was my fault.
"You knew?" Sebastian asked me coming into the hospital lobby.
I shook my head turning back to him.
"You fucking knew! And YOU took him to her!" Sebastian shouted coming across to me.
Chris jumped up coming for me.
"You fucking knew?" Sebastian cried at me.
I just looked at him with heavy eyes.
"You knew and didn't tell me?" Sebastian tossed back at me.
"I couldn't tell you." I said back to him.
"How long have we known each other? And you do this to me?" Sebastian tossed Chris from him.
Chris looked back at me, waiting for something. But I had nothing.
"I promised her." I finally let it out. "I promised her."
My knees gave out as I went down.
Chris came to me, "Hey babe."
"I promised her I would protect her."
"And you failed." Sebastian muttered walking away from me.
