Dear Grace,
I've been thinking a lot about writing this and sending it to you. I want to tell you how much you mean to me and how much you've changed my life. I think I was in love with you. I think I still am. But our dreams pulled us apart and we both know we can't be together. We'll find people who are right for us and bring joy to our lives. People who can be beside us while we chase our dreams while they chase their own.
You deserve to make your dreams come true. And you can do it! Every time we talked these six months you always mentioned that you struggle with paying your education. I felt horrible knowing that might stop you from accomplishing your goals and pursuing your dreams.
In the yellow packet that was with this letter I sent you a document that you have to sign. When you sign it and give it to your bank, they will call me and let me know that I can put money in it every month. I don't want you to argue. That money is for your education. It is worth it!
I do this because I can afford it and I can help you. I do this because I care deeply about you. I do this because I love you.
